I always get what I order, whether it's in person or online for pickup. The pickup got changed recently where they just leave your sandwiches near the front, so I love doing that as I can just run in and grab my stuff without having to ask anyone. Portions are standard and the service is consistent here. Pre-Covid I used to take my oldest child and eat in with a bag of chips and we always enjoy the meal. If/when things start to get better (and this place opens again) I'll take my youngest one in too. But until then we're just gonna do takeout. Sandwiches taste pretty healthy and we usually grab 2-3 footlongs on the weekends for our family when we go hiking.

Rarely get good service here. One worker acts like i don’t even exist. And one of them just hung up on me when I tried to take an order, so we went there and someone was walking out of the door. I tried to go in and the worker held up her hand and said “Sorry, were closed.” And just locked the door. Well I’m sry ma’am was tryna place an order via phone but you hung up on me. Whoever was working night shift oh 6/4/21, you’re so rude.

Closed 45 minutes before their online hours and 15 minutes before their on-site posted hours. Just stared and shook their heads when we knocked as they counted the register and made their own sandwiches.

Its very noise that makes it hard to hear and order!

It's a Subway, so you already know what you're getting. If you like their sandwiches, the staff here is kind and friendly and everything is kept very clean.

If you can avoid this place, you should. If not, make sure you check your order to make sure the sandwich you ordered is what they made. They screwed up more than once for me. Incorrect veggies, sometimes no cheese, not toasted when I ask for toasted and so on. I see the folks working inside, they seem bored and always chatting. No wonder they keep messing up. When i called them later, all i got an apology. Once they didn't add cheese to all the 4 orders, when i called they had the audacity to say "oh! don't worry, next time we will double your cheese!" No thank you.

I was looking for a good way to provide lunch for my coworkers and with this COVID-19 disaster going on, a typical buffet style lunch spread was out of the question! Subway to the rescue!! I talked with a super nifty guy names Carlos and we worked out a plan for the Subway to go boxes. I was able to provide a sandwich, chips, cookie and drink for each of my coworkers in an individual box labeled for each of them. I stopped by a week before I needed them and ordered with the manager Joe. He was super nifty as well! When I came at the agreed upon time to pick up the lunches, they were not only ready but perfectly packaged and labeled. They knocked it out of the park! I was super happy and so were all of my coworkers. Thanks Subway!

We had a bad door dash experience made good by kind, friendly, helpful subway employee named Diane. We ordered subway via doordash when our order arrived it was all wrong. My entire meal was missing, my husbands sandwich was made incorrectly, we had no chips and a missing drink. I contacted doordash. But my husband was not having it ( I'm 3 months pregnant with twins and you dont mess with a pregnant womans food) so he DROVE to subway ready to give the staff a piece of his mind. Well he didn't have to even raise his voice, Diane apologized and quickly made his sandwich again, made my salad, gave him the drinks and chips and sent him home with a smile!! Simply because of Diane and her wonderful customer service we will definitely order from this subway again. Thanks Diane!!!!

Have been eating at many subways, I felt I got here less vegetables and meat vs other places and also I didn't like the cashier pushing 2 cookies instead of 1 my son asked

That this Subway has only 10 other reviews is a little baffling. I say that because it's been in this shopping center for at least a solid 20 years. I grew up nearby and remember coming to it as a kid even back in the late 1990s. The interior has been redone since that time, and ownership has changed a few times as well, but it's still here. I also used to come here periodically for lunch when I went to Homestead High down the street 10 or so years ago. Along with McDonald's, the bowling alley, Town Nails (next door), and Focus Hair, it is one of only five businesses from the 20th century that is still in business in this shopping center. Anyway, I tried to come here a week or so ago, but the parking lot was completely full due to some event at the bowling alley. I ended up going to Togo's, across the street, instead. I came back here a few nights ago when the parking lot wasn't so crowded. I ordered just a basic footlong turkey sandwich on flatbread with Swiss cheese, lettuce, onions, oil and vinegar, and salt and pepper. It wasn't a $5 footlong, more like $8. Still cheaper than Togo's across the street. The lady behind the counter who was working the place by herself was nice and prepped it quickly. I took my order to-go. It was pretty good! The flatbread was great and there were plenty of toppings and not an overwhelming amount of oil and vinegar or salt and pepper on it. It wasn't as amazing as a gourmet sandwich that you'd get at a place like Zanotto's, but for the price, it got the job done. Even though Subway is a chain, this Subway, like many others, is a franchise and is owned and operated by a family almost as though it's a completely independent mom-and-pop place. Please support a place like this if you can. I'm glad it's still around after all these years. I still miss Kathmandu West which was located a few doors down but closed back around 2001-2002. 4 stars

Food was good, as you would expect of a subway, staff were fine, service was very quick. My only complaint was that the acoustics were really bad and we just couldn't hear the people when they were asking about sauces and salad options.

Thank you for ALWAYS making a great sandwich for us. Always good

Employees are great but obviously unhappy and consistently out of ingredients...poor management? Also very slow. Other subways take care of 2 customers at one time
