I ordered 2 pizzas total $47 for delivery I was told that it would get delivered at a certain time never I called saying it never got delivered and the manager refused to refund me saying their no order but clearly have a charge for it on my statement then rudely just hangs up saying no order bye

I prepaid my order so it was qualified for carside which would have been a convenient bonus for choosing Domino's tonight, nope. I waited twenty minutes before arriving and texting my arrival to them and they texted that it was done and headed out to me in two minutes guaranteed. Fifteen minutes later I'm still waiting. I send another text with the same reply. Then I go in with my pajamas on and wait another fifteen minutes. They don't know how to manage time but I do, Im filling this review out as I wait on them. Just inconvenient for what they claim is curbside. Don't offer services you aren't ready to back up and don't lie to your customers about their order being ready when it's clearly not. The food can be alright and you lose me with your lack of integrity as a business.

Wait for 20 minutes only for a lady to say the pizza was damaged in the oven and they have to make a new one and they BARELY start a new one after I wait 20 minutes. Service is horrible. Watched 8 different customers get their orders before they even tried to fix mine.

This place was just full of trashy staff! Sorry not sorry! Even though you would leave them a special instructions on how you’d like your orders done, they wouldn’t understand a single request. They gave us a pizza looking like it has not been baked! It’s extremely soft and uncooked!!!! It’s very frustrating!!! We tried calling their phone, the Spanish lady kept saying the same thing! We even went back to show them the trashy pizza they gave us. The second time around, they gave us another batch of uncooked pizza which I have included on my special instructions on how I want it to get done. And yes! It happened AGAIN!!!! They should start hiring people who understands English and knows how to communicate and be nice to their customers. Definitely not going to order ever again! Don’t waste your time and money! I mean it!
THIS IS REGARDING CUSTOMER SERVICE:Extremely disrespectful latina lady who claimed to be the manager was cussing at me in spanish when I asked for a proper legal receipt that showed amount paid, method of payment, change due etc..She was not happy & seemingly not understanding what I was asking for in English because she kept angrily repeating the same thing over and over, which didn't make sense.Note, I was very calm, polite, patient, and respectful the entire time. I never once cussed or disrespected her in any manner which is just my natural temperament and demeanor anyway. If anything I took extra time to try and see how to help us both so I could be on my merry way. It was no use her attitude from the start was aggressive and very hostile and even the other customers there were looking very uncomfortable.Anyhow, in the end I just asked for her managers name so I could sort out the issue with them instead but she refused to give me her managers name and contact information. I've read others have had similar incidents with this locations staff and now I can also confirm the problematic atmosphere and treatment of their customers. I will not be returning.

This ladies , refusing customers picking up their orders and keep saying they closed. Is 7:38 pm now and they should be closed at midnight. she kicked customers out of the store and locked the door. refused a refund and tell us deal with the customer service.

I never really check the reviews prior to placing orders at chain restaurants like these and I was shocked to see their score. I normally just order online for pickup and I enjoy the pizza at home or out and about. I had a pretty good experience ordering here because I placed an order but I called in wanting to pick it up an hour earlier. The lady that picked up was accommodating and told me it'll be ready in 15 minutes. I showed up and both pies were nice and hot!Now, the quality and taste of the pies are a different story. You don't expect much coming to a big chain like dominoes but they did not disappoint me either. The pizzas are always consistent which means the crust is always the same and not as crispy as I normally like it. You can tell the quality of the ingredients are not the freshest nor the best but this pizza will definitely fill you up and its job when you're in a crunch.
