DONT ORDER PARTY TRAYS FROM HERE.If you plan to order a party tray of anything. Plan waaaay ahead of time. Pick-up time was 4pm for the Lumpia when i get there at 4:10, they tell me that they just started cooking it. I left the place at 4:45pm. This is the 3rd time. Wont order trays here ever again.
Every year for Christmas order. I would recommend FilAm get more organized and have a system and process for people to pickup. Use a numbering system like at the butchers. And have more than 1 person to help people. Utilize your staff better pls, it's just chaos for no reason.- clear line for pickup- grab a number- have 3-4 people at the front who can assist. 1 person is not enough.- designate clear roles to each person.

They also offer a few other items such as Lumpia and some desserts. Napkins and plastic forks are provided in eco take-out containers. We went to the convenience store next door for drinks and snacks.
