The vibes are off here. This is a small kiosk selling the usual menu. I ordered a donut and drink in the early afternoon and my donut didn't seem that fresh and the drink was forgettable. There's no specific seating for this location either. I think this kiosk is good if you really want mochi donuts or crepes, but the overall experience doesn't live up to the other locations that seem like bustling touristy experience that transport you and the staff is more professional. 5/5 for the kind worker who was closing on friday night and went above and beyond in customer service! we got the banana latte and it was very sour/acidic that it was not at all enjoyable after two sips. the worker took it back and allowed us to exchange for a different drink. we got the strawberry matcha latte which had real strawberries and a strong yet smooth matcha flavor. it was leaning on the sweeter side but it was absolutely creamy and delicious! he also gave us a sample...read full review
