Moo star has closed its buffet location in Daly City. I am not a big fan of buffets, except for a few of the very upscale hotel buffets, so I wasn't too sad about the closure. They have pivoted to a take-out lunch spot in the industrial part of South San Francisco. Pre-order and they will actually deliver your food to your car in their parking lot! It's more a 3.5 but I'm rounding up. This isn't a sit down restaurant. They rented space for a kitchen so they are churning out take out. I placed an order online yesterday and picked up our food this afternoon. There is free parking at the side of the building. The front door was locked when I got there so I rang the bell and someone came and packed my food. I also got two free sushi sandwiches because both me and the hubby got our covid shots.
