“I was visiting a friend in the East Bay and craving some authentic Brazilian açaí when I found this place on Yelp. The food is phenomenal! I got the very berry açai bowl and an empada, and I could definitely tell that the ingredients are high quality. Every mouthful was delicious, and even the 15 oz size is a huge portion. The bowl it’s served in is deep, so it feels like a lot. My friend got a coxinha, which was just as yummy as the other two. It was also twice the size of coxinhas I’ve seen sold at other places. Impressive! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere of the café is warm and cozy. Highly recommend!“
“We love the Darkest Chocolate here. This has become our sort celebratory go-to place to reward our kids for when they are their best behavior.Vegetarian options: Their Darkest Chocolate ice cream is Vegan. Not sure if there are other vegan or vegetarian options.“
“A classic no frills fro-yo place. We stopped by Yogurt Shack on a Saturday night and it was packed. Looks like a popular hangout for students in the area. The yogurt and toppings were self serve. I was impressed with the flavors and creaminess of the yogurt. I enjoyed the peanut butter, chocolate and coffee.“

“We have patronized Sweet Street for several years. I always am able to find international candies that you can't find at other candy stores. For example, I have a friend from Turkey and when she was missing her homeland, I found Turkish taffy that helped her to feel loved from where she was from. Recently, I had a coworker who told me that he loved Aero bars, but his girlfriend was a flight attendant and she got them from the UK. I walked in, didn't look around because I needed a quick look, so I walked up to the staff member (Sarah) who directed me to the chocolate and mint flavored Aero bars!
