Good Chinese restaurant! I grew up in the Bay Area going to San Francisco and know the style. I found this place driving home and could tell it was good looking at the inside. Broccoli beef was tender and cooked perfectly. Noodles and pot stickers very good. Inside is decorated like San Francisco Chinese restaurant. Staff are good and efficient. Big thumbs up!

I have been to a bunch of Chinese restaurants in the area, but I always keep coming back to Leo's. The food is just better here, and some of the best Chinese cuisine you'll find in the East Bay. The unassuming family-run restaurant is rather small, but the service is excellent, and the food is always fresh and flavorful. And they are very agreeable to modifying a dish to suit your taste.
