“I LOVE this restaurant. The food just gets better and better. Every time we add something new to our order, we fall in love with more dishes. I love Chinese food and am super picky. So to have been able to find this gem has made me and myFamily super happy! Sunday movie nights are filled with yummyChinese food and a good show/movie!“
“I have been to a bunch of Chinese restaurants in the area, but I always keep coming back to Leo's. The food is just better here, and some of the best Chinese cuisine you'll find in the East Bay. The unassuming family-run restaurant is rather small, but the service is excellent, and the food is always fresh and flavorful. And they are very agreeable to modifying a dish to suit your taste. The menu is large and features some unique dishes. The tangerine beef was a perfect combination of sweet, tangy, and crispy... almost like eating candy. And the dried cooked green beans are a regular favorite for me, crunchy and flavorful. They have a full bar and wine list too. Always a good meal here.“
“Good Chinese food, but of course any such place has hits and misses. We loved the Szechuan shrimp and chow mein, not so much General chicken and chicken with spicy garlic (I think that was it, flat chicken slices with too much breading). Overall one of our favorite Chinese places in the extended Tei-Valley though.“
“The best restaurant I've ever been to. We started by ordering four meals the chow mein, the fried wonton, wrappers, the orange chicken, and the Kung pow chicken. It was all delicious, and they gave an extra plate of wonton wrappers. the waitress was really kind and tried to take off 20% from our order but we kindly declined. The restaurant was very clean and they kept coming over to take trash. Overall, I highly recommend this one of the best restaurants I've ever been to.“
“The portions are very generous in this restaurant.I do mostly take-out. Foods are of good quality, good flavor, very healthy, and large portions. The prices are reasonable. We come often.Parking: Business is always busy such that parking lot is also busy.“
“Our party of 19 ate here the night after Christmas. Yo's on Hartz is such a nice and intimate place to eat. The manager, Evelyn, made sure our large party was well taken care of and gave excellent meal recommendations. Everyone enjoyed their food and cocktails. We look forward to dining here again!“
