I really like this store, it’s unfortunate the staff is so small now. I see one person here doing the job of two to three people whereas other stores have greater staff where that’s not needed. I’m curious why they stay or don’t move locations, as I see it being so stressful for them at times.Regardless, what I love most about it is regardless of the work conditions or severe understaffing, they always are very nice, respectful, and fast.Parking: Parking is shared among other businesses in the strip mall, normally plentifulKid-friendliness: Baristas are nice to all.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps or elevations.

Still my favorite Starbucks. The place just isn't the same. Management? Probably. Today they were out of grande and venti lids for hot beverages. Pretty sure that's kind of important for a company that sells HOT BEVERAGES!!

Came here for a premeet for cars and coffee this morning Qc code doesn't work I tried paying with my app again qc code doesn't work nor can I get my reward points. Order cold brew barista made me ice americano she probably thought I didn't know the difference. Cold brew doesn't have ice yet I saw her poor 2 shots of expresso and water it down with ice

Asked for a coffee with cream and got a coffee with no cream, which tasted terrible.

Came here Monday night at 6:48 PM and they were closed? They're supposed to open until like 7 PM. Baristas were inside eating and doing nothing. They laughed at my grandpa and I because we couldn't get in.

You lost another customer to Pete's. Company culture is too corporate and don't seem to care about the customer.
