Two stars for location and prompt service. No stars for quality of ingredients. The bread is completely dry, tasteless and stale. Wondering if there is quality control. Lettuce is wilty. Trying to eat without these ingredients but compared to Subway (reliable every time) this missed the mark for me. Hope this feedback makes its way to whoever decided it was ok to serve these ingredients to customers.

Terrible terrible terrible. I have been a Danville residence for 25 plus years and have had many sandwiches over the year. Today I door dashed two sandwiches which were sub par to say the least. I called the store and as soon as I voiced my displeasure, I was hung up on. In all my years that was a first. I suggest avoiding this establishment because clearly there is no internal quality control. Very sad! What a ripoff!

I usually order for pickup when my son gets off of school and love the afternoon team. They are friendly and welcoming and we both appreciate it. The food is always perfect too!

I placed an online order today for (2) sandwiches and (2) wraps. When I got home, three of the four sandwiches were not made correctly. Both wraps were wrong and one of the sandwiches was not what I ordered. This location charges an average of $10+ per sandwich. I understand that mistakes happen but this level of error is beyond a mistake. I will not be spending any money at this location again and caution the community to beware.Update 5/10I was contacted by the store owner about this order. He was proactive about resolving the issue and indicated that he would be speaking to his staff about the errors. He also initiated a refund for the sandwiches that were incorrectly made without me asking. I appreciate the proactive service in correcting this. Because of this I have changed my rating.

Reducing to 3* as product quality is very average now and pricing has gone way up. The app works well, but if you have time I'd go to Ike's. Also the automatic tip in the app is annoying. Tipping should be optional not hidden in the final screen.

Possibly the worst treatment I’ve ever received from a takeout restaurant. I was not greeted or acknowledged once entering and stepping to the pickup counter. I had to initiate them to handle my online order, for it not to be ready. They didn’t even ask me what my order name was, then made the sandwiches wrong. Upon reentering I was met with more cold shoulders, eye rolls and muttering under their breaths when I informed them this order was made incorrectly. They continuously deflected fault by stating it was my fault for this poor service and disbelieving me when I said the sandwiches weren’t made right. I am baffled at why I was met with such contempt for merely trying to pickup my online order. This service was incredibly unprofessional.

Love the pride, cleanliness and friendliness of this location. I frequent several Togos in the area and this one hands down does a great job. They are fast, clean and friendly. They also take care in preparing and packing your sandwich. Always happy people working here. Many other locations look like they ran over them in a truck and don't care about how you receive your food.

Surprisingly pretty good! Quality of ingredients seems fresh and they don't skimp on quantity. Last several times the taste has been good amd consistent. Service is good as well.
I went to this Togo's store and ordered my sandwich on 7-11-22. After ordering my sandwich I noticed small bugs crawling near the prep area. (Im 6'8 so I can see the ingredients the employees use for the sandwiches.) As I looked a little closer, I saw that the bugs were baby roaches. I asked the sandwich worker "was that a roach?" She answered that it was and also stated that they "had a bug problem." I was so disgusted and will never go back. If you know anything about Roaches they usually come out at night and if you see them in the day, it's an infestation. Do not eat at this TOGOS!!

Ordered 2 sandwiches for pick-up. They were ready at the correct time. Sandwiches were made exactly the way I wanted and were stuffed full of goodness! Would definitely go back just based on the sincerity of the person behind the counter. Was extremely thankful for my order and hoped I would return. YEP! I WILL!

I've always loved togos mainly for all the fresh produce that comes on their sandwiches. However today that was NOT the case. My veggie sandwich was missing half the ingredients (lettuce, tomatoes, onion, peperoncini, pickles). Then when I called to confirm if the reason they were missing was because they out of ingredients the response was no. Just moved to the area and will not be coming back to this location. :(

Wish I could give this location an even high rating because our experience here was excellent. We were struggling to find a place that could prepare 100 sandwiches in a few days time for a good price. After doing some research, we found that Togo's actually had the best price. We called in on a Monday and talked to Sam (the manager) about getting 100 sandwiches ready for Thursday (this was for my grandmother's funeral). We ordered 4 Large Signature Trays and 2 additional sandwiches to make it a total of 100 (half) sandwiches). They open at 10 AM and the earliest they could have it ready by was 11 AM, which was fine, but would be cutting it close. But he assured us it would be ready at 11 AM. Thursday came along and I got a call from Sam around 10:15 AM and he told me the sandwiches would be ready by 10:30. Amazing! It was ready even earlier than what we expected. Awesome customer service! We came in, chatted for a bit, and waited just a few minutes for him to finish up the rest of the sandwiches. He even threw in a free sandwich for me and my mom! So nice! The sandwiches themselves were HUGE. Based on the description online, each half sandwich was supposed to be 3 inches, but honestly, it seemed even bigger. They were also FILLED with meat and fresh ingredients, they definitely did not skimp on the meat. Also, the fact that they were able to make 100 sandwiches within an hour or so and still make a high quality sandwich is so impressive. Absolutely PERFECT for what we needed them for. We were able to distribute ALL of the sandwiches to our guests and it was a huge hit with everyone. Definitely planning to order here again, especially for large parties or gatherings. The pricing is very reasonable, food is high quality, and the customer service is top notch. Thank you Sam and the Blackhawk Togo's team!

It was lunchtime and it wasn't busy here. I ordered my usual, the 24- turkey and avocado sandwich. The guy there spoke with an accent, however he spoke with perfect English. He was friendly an very accommodating. I usually actually comment more on customer service than the food, though I am a foodie, because customer service is about the entire experience. Very nice and he prepared my food very well!
