Bad service at the front counter (rude and short, zero people skills) coffee was fine, the person who made my drink was personable. They don’t take Peet’s gift cards or rewards and make drinks differently as well. ( I asked for a traditional cappuccino and was told that their sizes are small, medium and large, which if you know a cappuccino you know even a small is entirely too much milk)

Very good caprese panini. The hot chocolate was a bit too chocolatey though. Needed some cinnamon or something.

Coffee was good

Really, cringingly bad coffee. But they do have a local monopoly on snacks for about a 10 min walk in any direction on campus so they'll survive.

I think this location is good for a quick caffeine fix on campus. The staff were very friendly and quick to make my order. I would equate the beverage I got to the same quality as any other Peet's I know. I will say my cup was decidedly not filled all the way to the top and when you're paying $6 for a beverage I do expect it to be full! Otherwise good experience and will be back.

Poorly made drinks and worse service

As a barista, I'm disappointed. It's a coffee shop on a college campus- don't expect much. The line is always insanely long and it's obvious the people working behind the counter haven't worked in a coffee shop (at no fault to them, just an efficiency issue). I usually have to repeat my order a few times before they're able to punch it in correctly (and the order is simple). The wait is usually a little long, so I definitely wouldn't recommend stopping by if you're in a rush. I've gotten an iced mocha and a cold brew there- both have fallen flat. The mocha didn't taste like mocha at all, and my cold brew, which I asked for foam on, had so little foam that it all went through the straw hole when I put the lid on. Obviously if you're in a pinch for coffee it's fine, but I would strongly recommend going to Peet's downtown- they know what's up.

Cries. Cheap, but expensive for what it is. Got a ham croissant and it tasted like mayo on a day old Costco croissant. Employee did not wash hands or wear gloves while handling the food and she was just at the cash register. I will never get anything from here again.

The lovely ladies suggested tropical berry fruit shakers for the kids and black tea for mine to spice it up!! Thank you!!!

Dependable coffee served up with a smile. The crew here has weathered the pandemic well, and customers can enjoy the nice location outside until we get through this. This location and this coffee is a regular part of every week. Thumbs up!

I love the matcha latte so no complaints there but the customer service needs work. I walk in with a group of 7 and they complained and said "Sorry we are closed, just kidding" acting as though it was an inconvenience to do their job. Then I get my drink and it's half empty which I didn't even notice until I walked out because they shook the cup to make it appear full. If I wasn't such an avid Peet's fan I would not be returning.

Super crowded and a real chain feel. Very disappointing compared to other Peet's locations.

They accept the Davis Downtown gift card. Pumpkin latte is far better than Starbucks.
