It was a nice restaurant in an affluent area. We got there after lunch and before dinner rush and we were told we have to wait to be seated-no problem, but the entire dining room was empty and there were only people at 2 small tables on the balcony- we ended sitting in the same area. Good thing there was a break in the rain. It took almost 30min to get our food and drinks ordered, then we lost track of time once our apps and drinks were served. I'll say they had their own flair to their food and presentations, but not much authentic tradition in the foods. It was potions were decent but prices too high matched the area nd ambience, but not the food itself.

We love Urbana. The food is so good and we always have great service. It was cold last night just because they had the bar window open and where we were sitting, we felt the cold draft coming in, but it was all good. They always play such fun music too!

This business can not be trusted to honor a confirmed reservation booked weeks in advance. Totally ruined New Year's Eve plans with a 4 days before notice they decided to close early. Seriously??? New Year's Eve! They were very casual about it....you can come in earlier, come another day, we will offer an appetizer......we had planned our whole New Year's Eve day around this reservation. Thankfully there are many other outstanding restaurants in San Diego County. Never again.

Came here to meet up with a few friends at the brewers deck and ordered from the QR code for Urbana. The hostess brought up the order upstairs and after opening up the bag, we found that the wagyu sliders were not in the bag. So I came downstairs to speak with the hostess and the manager, and both accused me of lying. They said the sliders were in the bag and they clearly were not. I asked them to walk upstairs and check all the boxes to see that they did not include the sliders. The manager was rude and unaccommodating. He acted as if I was incompetent and inconveniencing him for simply making sure the food I paid for is what I receive. Once he agreed to remake the order, he asked for my phone number so I can come downstairs to pick up my order. This wouldn't be an issue, however I had paid a $10 service fee for them to bring my order to the table. I already had to leave my friends to correct the situation for an extended period, I asked if he could bring it up. He said he didn't have record of where I was sitting when I had the receipt in my hand and handed it to him. After this whole experience, I am incredibly disappointed by the poor customer service I received, and would not recommend this place to others.

Most of the food tasted good, not amazing, and I thought was a bit pricey for the small quantities served. No chips and salsa were served and no beans and rice accompanied the entree's which was disappointing but they're not going for the traditional vibe.

Food was mediocre at best. Lobster tacos are mostly corn, barely any lobster. Lots of filler food like tomatoes and corn to make portions look bigger, but not taste better. Service was okay but could have been better considering it wasn't very busy.

Bumping up to 5 stars! This place is a must visit. Food and drinks are always, consistently amazing. The service is top notch from the waiters/waitresses (Francis is awesome) and bartenders (Chad, Jose, and Eddie are the best) to the manager Eric. They changed the situation with the TVs and have modern television and sports upon request. I love the patio area and the outdoor portion of the bar where you can still sit at the bar while on a swing set...so cool!

Food was really good! My fave style chips were served with the salsa. Drinks were also tasty! Service was good, our waiter wasn't around at the time we wanted more chips so we asked the waitress right next to us and she brought them right away. Ambiance was low lit and vibey. Could be a good date spot or family friendly. We brought our baby on stroller and they sat us in a great spot. Bar looked super cute too.

Phenomenal. Great food, service, and overall experience. Coming back and telling people about it, no doubt.

The manager of the hostesses-very unwelcoming young gentleman. We shall take our business elsewhere.

Everything from A-Z was exceptional. It all started with our server, Chase. He is the true definition of what an excellent server should be: Kind, knowledgeable about all the dishes and drinks, and his timing is spot on. He doesn't hover and, he doesn't leave you sitting there to wonder where he disappeared to. We felt so lucky to have him with us. Urbana is wonderful because their Mexican food is absolutely delicious... and it always arrives to our table piping hot. Everything that we ordered that came out if their kitchen was just delicious, it always is. Chips w/guacamole, Chicken Posole, Enchiladas Suizas and 3 different tacos. Of course we had to order the Urbana margaritas which you should never miss. They are the best Mexican restaurant in North County, hands down.

Food was ok. We liked about half of all that we ordered. Service was too frequently stopping by at the beginning and then no where we we needed him. We ended up being late to get back to our babysitter due to waiting nearly 30 minutes for our bill. We had to ask for the bartender to run our card so we could go. The restaurant was nearly empty so we were really surprised regarding why/where our server was... This was a weekend evening and barely anyone was here. The rest of the restaurants in Sky Deck were booming. I wish we would have considered that before choosing to eat here.

I've been here a few times and recently revisited as I had an opentable reward to use. They offer happy hour 3-6p Mon-Fri in all the dining area which was great. We decided to sit at the bar to watch the football game. The bartender was welcoming. We tried (for HH):HH red wine $7:- not sure the brand but it tasted fine . Was a decent pourSpicy Marg $8:- presentation was beautiful with a fresh watermelon slice and an orchid. It had a nice spicy kick to it as I think the tequila was infused with habaneroWagyu Sliders $12:- the patties were prepared well done and dry. The melted cheese was yummingly grilled so it had a nice sear. Buns were toasted nicely.Fish ceviche $5:- tiny little tostada serving. The spicy aioli complimented the citrusy fish. It's a small portion but tasted pretty goodGringa $10:- al pastor quesadilla came served with guacamole and creama. The portion was good for the price. I thought I tasted beans somewhere in dish but it doesn't show that on menu. The drizzled chili oil made the dish nicely spicy. There didn't seem to be much as al pastor but still a good dish if you're hungryPaloma $8:- I believe this is their grapefruit margarita. The powdered salted rim was bold. They make good drinks here. The restaurant got busier towards the end of HH so it was nice to see this place doing well. We'd come back for their taco tuesday deals ( two tacos for $10).
