This is a restaurant week review for lunch. I had the soup and sushi mixed plate.The soup was miso with some veggies - I appreciated that it was not overly salted.The sushi platter didn’t taste amazing, maybe the rice was a little dry. I was a little disappointed in the fish flavor. I love the vibe so may go back and try something else next time.Parking: Easier to park on the second floor instead of down by jimbos.
What a cool and surprising find. We were craving sushi and came across some good reviews on Glass Box. So glad we found it. The omakase was maybe the best sushi experience we’ve ever had. Chef Ethan is a wizard with flavor combinations - his sauces and techniques enhanced every bite. The variety was so good. We had things we would not normally order and they were all amazing. I’ve never had a bad time at Glass Box! The food is amazing and the servers, sushi chefs, and management team will make you feel kind you’re a VIP from the second you walk in their establishment. I highly recommend the omakase experience!
