“The go-to, the one and only, the best for tacos de cabeza! The meat is steamed and super soft. Served with little salt packets so you can season as you wish, cilantro, onion, a lemon wedge, and their famous red salsa! They are small tacos, with your choice of single or double tortilla. I do single tortilla to have space for more tacos, haha! The line may be long, certain nights, but it's definitely worth it. FYI: There are no bathrooms here, so come with an empty bladder and stomach!!“
“Got shrimp burritos w green salsa.....BOMB....garlicky with large shrimp, big burrito, for $10......worth the price for sure! One of the best shrimp burritos I've had anywhere - the sauce makes all the difference. Love it and will definitely go back.“
“Taco truck on Geer Road. Nice painted red tables. Nice touch when near CSU Stanislaus. Supreme burritos tasty, but does have cilantro. I love it but not everyone does. Know that so you can ask for the burrito without it. Tacos $2 each and tasty with good tasting tortillas. I asked for two salsas and the gave to me without an additional charge! Taco truck on East Ave. charges 75 cents for each salsa! I think one salsa per plate should be free so I really liked that they were free.“
“The food is amazing, nice to see a different option rather than the standard food choice that surround this truck. Flavor and options and presentations are on point . Fast service and fair pricing. Must stop every time we're at the grub hub.“
“First time trying this taco truck. I ordered the Carne Asada burrito supreme, which was quite good. Not very spicy only about a six out of 10 for spiciness but quite large for $10. (I'm sure you can ask for it to be spicier if you would like it to be spicier) I would rate it eight out of 10 for flavor as it did have very good taste and good quality Asada. The burrito came with a lemon slice, carrots, radishes, and a Serano pepper. I will be going back as I did enjoy the burrito.“
“I was planning a surprise birthday party for Roxanne my wife's 60th birthday. After contacting several restaurants none would make me 50 enchiladas. When I contacted these guys I was told "I really don't serve these in my restaurant " I thanked him and was about to hang up but then he said he would make them for me. They were fantastic and a big hit. Thank you so much for helping make her night a success. I look forward to eating in your restaurant very soon Ken“

“What the Flip?! Just tried this food truck while at Last Call Brewery in Oakdale. We’re hooked. We tried the Street Fries and they were amazing; the right amount of everything and the Tri Tip was so tender. We then debated on whether to get another Street Fries or try a burger. We got a Western Cheeseburger..I think I’m going to have to stalk this food truck now. Lol! Best burger ever for me.“
“David and his family of taco trucks Eva's and jefes are hands-down the best Mexican food ever through quality consistency and service they're always top notch without a doubt no other place I would feed my family. Quality and old school customer relations set the apart as they truly set the “
“Today we made it a point to check out this new food truck in the Delhi area after reading the Facebook advertisement. This is not our neck of the woods but once I saw the dropped menu for this place, I knew we had to at least venture out a bit to try it.Safe to say we thoroughly enjoyed our food.We ordered the Chimmichurri plate with Tri-Tip. It came with two sides. We chose the macaroni and the clam chowder and they were a great addition to the plate.Additionally we ordered the Muskogee Mac N Cheese with Tri-Tip and The Okie Sandwich which was a Tri-Tip Sandwich and a side of farm truck fries.(Clearly we are meat eaters.)The food was genuinely good. Great flavors, tasted fresh, good portions and that Tri-Tip, though thinly sliced, was not lacking in any way.Definitely will be coming back to try some other items. Great service and I just appreciated a yummy food truck that was a little different than what I'm used to. Thank you!Next time I'll take a picture. We couldn't wait to dive in.“
