I love coming here because of the service. Sushi in the area is usually hard to find. Their quality and authenticity is admirable. The wait staff is very warm and doesn't rush you to order, like other places do. I only marked down on atmosphere because it's a hole in the wall that should be preserved this way. I don't need it upscaled to meet trendy vibes. You can't go wrong with any of their sashimi! Sorry no pictures, we ate it all up.
The service wasn’t good at all I had to wait soo long to get my food the waited another 45min to get my receipt and when I finally got it I was forced to leave a very specific amount in tipHe stayed there and said this isn’t enough !Terrible and embarrassing!

Food was good chef was nice until the end when my husband paid the bill and put a small amount for tip on the bill, the older lady with glasses got mad and snatched the bill out of my husbands hand then went to the back where the chefs were and started laughing and speaking out loud of the tip. I felt very uncomfortable, I didn’t get to finish my food so I asked for a to go box a bag and they were ignoring me. This is so wrong of how they treat customers that been coming to this restaurant for years. They need nicer waitresses.

Bad service. The lady with the glasses is very rude. They expect us to give them high tips . tips are earned not given. The lady was laughing at us being disrespectful because she didn’t get a high tip.Parking: They’re always taking up the parking at Ichiban sushi . And to mention that customer service, the waitresses are very disrespectful

My family has been going to this restaurant for over 15 years. The food and Chiefs have been excellent, but the service is poor, especially the older woman who doesn’t allow you to finish your meal and tries to pick it up before you’re even done. She is very rude and disrespectful. She should be embarrassed, asking people for a tips.. If you go to this restaurant, please expect to pay a $45 tip. Please be prepared. Do not be shocked.. it’s a shame they have these type of people working for this wonderful restaurant. I wish they hire new people with a positive attitude. It will make the atmosphere and experience wonderful for new customers..

This is a Mexicanized Japanese restaurant.The waitress is old. It's okay to be old, but she just walks around looking ugly. She's very arrogant and has no attitude. I feel bad every time I go.I have to go now
