“I recommend you guys stop selling the truffle chocolate cake in the bakery. It's a round cake..... I think it has a few raspberries on top... Too much chocolate on it. I doubt you will get any more sales on it, it's that bad... My brother and I could barely eat the first slice. But other than that, you guy's are doing good.... I even brought it to one of the employee's at the front when I RETURNED it, and he even agreed with me... I do like the New York cheesecakes... I just made a mistake purchasing one of your cake's, that's all.“

“Medleno Coffee is outstanding coffee shop offering wide selection of coffee drinks: espresso, pour over, latte, cappuccino and even Turkish coffee prepared on ... hot sand!! What really stands out to me about this place is their selection of coffee beans. Ethiopia, Sumatra, Colombia, Kenya are some of the places their coffee originates from. They focus on Fair Trade, organic beans which is awesome too. They roast their coffee so, it is always fresh and very aromatic. People that make coffee here are so customer oriented, they can tailor coffee to very specific taste preferences to ensure every customer enjoys his/her cup of Joe. Their pricing is very reasonable too and it is small, locally-owned business.I highly recommend this place for great tasting, aromatic, flavorful coffee.Parking: Conveniently located in the Danville's downtown. Plenty of parking is available as coffee shop is located at the corner of shopping plaza.“

“My go to cafe in the bay. A beloved coffeehouse located in the heart Niles. Staff is always friendly. Aesthetic has this worn down muscle car feel. Brews are rich, but the deal maker here is the Tcho Mocha. Out of any cafe I had tried in the bay, Devout has hands-down the #1 mocha.Other notes: large community tables and standing bars. Open patio section to take in the fresh air with a nice cup of coffee for an afternoon alone or with a friend.“

Produce: 5 Dairy: 5 Deli/Hot Food: 4 (great place for quick eats - pre-COVID) Bakery: 4 (gone through transition over time with patissiers) Meat: 4 (Gary is the only butcher I trust in that department in terms of getting special cuts, others will not listen or just salty) Cost: The usual Whole Foods price, you can find deals every now and then or find common goods cheaper at other grocery stores.“

“Heard some great stuff about this place from a friend and decided to give them a try. Called them up and spoke to Rowland, he was very informative and helpful with the ordering process. I grabbed their dark roast( Jet Fuel), it is amazing in both a French press or espresso setting. Definitely will be back for more.“
