Asked for the Apple Pie flavor and the young male employee who served me made me pay for a $6 cup with Vanilla Ice Cream with apple chunks in it. Nothing in relation to what the item is, nor did it have the toppings on it either. If I wanted to ask for vanilla with apple slices, I would. I asked the employee to look over my order and what was in the cup I ordered again, and said I need to pay for another one. I didn't even eat out of it. Will not be returning back to this location.
Bought more than 15 dollars of ice cream and asked him for some cups to eat from and he said we have to pay more money. Way to nickel and dime your customers. Bad attitude, will not be back

This Cold Stone is a brand new location with Rocky Mountain Chocolate offerings. They are clean with friendly service. I ordered the Peanut Butter Cup perfection and it was quite good. This is a significant upgrade from their previous location in Hacienda Crossings, which had to have been at least 15 years old in a mall that has sadly become a ghost town.
