This Cold Stone is a brand new location with Rocky Mountain Chocolate offerings. They are clean with friendly service. I ordered the Peanut Butter Cup perfection and it was quite good. This is a significant upgrade from their previous location in Hacienda Crossings, which had to have been at least 15 years old in a mall that has sadly become a ghost town.

Asked for the Apple Pie flavor and the young male employee who served me made me pay for a $6 cup with Vanilla Ice Cream with apple chunks in it. Nothing in relation to what the item is, nor did it have the toppings on it either. If I wanted to ask for vanilla with apple slices, I would. I asked the employee to look over my order and what was in the cup I ordered again, and said I need to pay for another one. I didn't even eat out of it. Will not be returning back to this location.

Bought more than 15 dollars of ice cream and asked him for some cups to eat from and he said we have to pay more money. Way to nickel and dime your customers. Bad attitude, will not be back

Indian kulfi flavor!!! . At coldstone!!!And the taste was pretty close to authentic stuff. This is the only coldstone outlet serving this flavor in bay area.Staff is also very friendly and ever smiling.

Came here today and me and my friends got accused of stealing even thought we paid for all of our ice creams. They mixed things up and said it was our fault and continued to argue with us even though he had proof and told them to look at the security footage. When we told them to look at the footage they got mad and started to accuse us more by saying we went to the back of the store to throw away the ice cream to try and get a new one and saying they did give us one, which they didn’t. Then they claimed to have the other ice cream we ordered in the freezer right behind them yet continued to say they gave that same one to us.Kid-friendliness: They were a little rude and accused us of something we didn’t do.

The ice cream that comes from here is consistently good and doesn't really falter. They always have enough ice cream to get through the night. The issue I have with Cold Stone is how dated looking it always appears inside and sticky the counters are. Plus they typically get DoorDash orders wrong which is annoying in of itself. But regularly they are pretty good.

Do NOT buy from this location as they WILL rip you off on portions. We ordered 2 gotta have it portions and the cup was not even filled to the top. When I called to complain, I spoke to a heavily accented Indian man who insinuated that the Uber eats driver stole ice cream from our orders. He's an absolute LIAR. Won't let me talk to the manager or owner as he never knows when they'll be in then hung up on me. I'm quite certain he's the owner as he spoke with the authority of one. I've called corporate to inform them that of my experience and hope others who experienced the same will as well.

I came to this location today for ice cream. They did not have cookies and cream or strawberry shortcake. I ordered a cone in the bowl and the cone was stale. So I decided I didn't want the cone in the bowl anymore! I told the asian girl who was helping me that (the cone is stale) she seemed very young. Her customer service was horrible. She told me to just keep it. I told her I don't want it. I prefer my ice cream in a cup without the cone in the bowl because it was stale. I do not suggest you coming to this location its horrible!!!!!I knew this location was going to be bad when I first walked to the door the door was dirty they don't even clean the outside of their front door. It was sticky with handprints all over yuck.

Expensive compared to other cold stone restaurants in the south bay. I usually buy the German chocolate cake quart size. $3 more in this location. Got less quantity than I usually get (only 3/4 full) and this location did not prepare well. The Brownie and chocolate were separate and not mixed properly. I never had issues with other cold stone restaurants I visited and enjoyed their ice creams.

the worst service that I have been given in my life by this man who calls himself the administrator of this franchise, he is bitter and believes in the right to treat badly, trample on and humiliate customers as he did with me and the person who was in front of me. Because I went to pick up my order, she didn't want to give me the bag separately. The bag was dirty and the wife told me to leave because I didn't know how to speak English, this can't be happening with two such unpleasant beings and lack of education in one ice cream shop where the ideal of the product does not match their way of attention to that place families with children go so that the children have to see and witness this so unpleasant I think that the children are there to enjoy a good ice cream and a good environment I recommend to your management that you close this location, it is not suitable for working with customers, it is not just my comment, it is that of many more people. I regret having experienced this.
