The sandwich held up even after the 40+minute drive to get to me.I'll never forget our first time trying World Fried Chicken. We took a walk around the plaza while waiting for our order and the worker personally found us and delivered the order to us in-hand as soon as it was ready. What service! What dedication! “Dave hot chicken: the portion are big and satisfying. Now I wanted my chicken tenders, fries and coleslaw 2 B mild and that it was. Now my problem is the chicken lack flavor. When U go 2 KFC each piece have flavor but Dave should add more flavor to it’s chicken ; that’s my personal opinion. Also the music was 2 loud for my taste. “Me and my husband have been going to Donahues forever used to live. He moved out here we found this spot and we were so excited. Unfortunately, several years ago this place is not so great but in the last few years it has dramatically changed the staff is outstanding they always provided excellent customer service above and beyond. They know my husbands name and our order whenever we come in the food is so delicious and fresh! We absolutely love and appreciate this place of business. “This place is a “to-go” place where you can order fried chicken (plain or marinated with spicy sauce or soy sauce). I ordered 2 combo meals at $17 for each. The price was right and it tasted great. “Ate there tonight, March 10, and it's our 2nd time in less than 2 weeks. Both times the food was delicious and reasonably priced! The crispy chicken was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of seasoning. It's not salty at all. Tried the shrimp roll too and wasn't disappointed. So far we have tried the sides: fried battered zucchini sticks, seasoned rice, mashed potato and gravy, and the kebbeh (stuffed with ground beef). We thought everything we've tried so far was delicious. Another plus is the courteous and polite resto staff who we thought were the owner and his son. Definitely a fried chicken place to go back to.“
“Food was outstanding, we had the chicken tenders with each of the four flavors of sauce. All of the sauces were spectacular with our favorites being the Garlic Parmesan and The Nashville Hot(even the hot is more sweet than hot) the real kicker was the pickles though. Thinly sliced and bursting with flavor makes for an excellent salty pairing with the sweet Nashville sauce. The Crack sauce was also very good and was the spiciest of the sauces but not all that hot. The chicken tenders themselves are quite large as well. Overall great experience and hope to be back.“
“Wow! What an incredibly delicious meal. We were first introduced to Louisiana Fried Chicken at the Taste of Fontana event a few months ago and we were finally able to go and try a full meal. We got the family platter and everything was tasty and perfectly cooked. The catfish melted in our mouth, the collared greens were perfect, and the hush puppies were scrumptious. “This is some of the finest rotisserie chicken I've ever had. The potato salad is awesome though their beans could use some work lol .I was recently introduced to this last month with a friend who had come down and would stay in the area. We ended up getting chicken there cuz they're right next to that laundromat and next thing you know we are coming back every week. We even bypassed in and out to have their chicken that particular week.It's a great price, awesome tenderness in the chicken none of it was dry, and they actually offer pita bread which was the pleasant surprise.Not too sure what was going on with the staff ...they seem to be a bit apprehensive. We usually get one of the combos that consists of Korean fried chicken, kimbap, and fries. The fried chicken was delicious and packed with flavor and crunch! Kimbap was decent and fries are fries. “Hey!!! I didn't know Cane's had a different sauce! The Cane's sauce is little too peppery for me so I try to tone it down with ketchup . While I was at this store one of the customers told me to get honey mustard instead. Game changer!!! Sometimes I'll pass on Cane's b/c I like the chicken but not so much the sauce. The chicken is cooked evenly and is juicy. Their signature sauce is delicious. Texas toast is also toasted nicely and very soft.Interior is nicely decorated with warm inviting lighting and color. Felt super rushed, as they have jammed two lanes into one, with two order takers ahead of the menu board. Hard to read small menu when asked, and decisions felt pressured due to multiple lines of cars. Really dislike that they block off roads to create drive thru lanes in the parking lot. Makes entry to drive thru harder as well.“
“Had not been out to the Pomona location in a long time. They moved to the back of the same shopping center as there is now a Starbucks where they used to be. Nonetheless, they are in the same parking lot. Dino's Chicken with fries, extra juice, and tortillas are still the highlight for me.
