I love Cane’s but after todays experience I won’t be returning to this location. Cashiers need work in their customer service. I apologized to the cashier if I upset her in some way because that’s the attitude I was getting from her. The food is as always delicious.
The location representing Raising Canes is superb. Although my order had a small discrepancy, the manager, Marcus, handled it promptly. He proved punctual with his word, genuinely concerned, and exceeded my expectations. The hardworking and exceptionally kind staff further contributed to a positive experience. I'm not sure what all the hype is about this place. My chicken tenders were dry, the fries weren't special, the coleslaw tasted like church's, Texas toast isn't better than armadillos, and their special sauce is good. The service at this location was very friendly and super fast! Food is just ok. I wouldn't go back. Oh, their sweet tea taste just like mcdonalds, but their's is less sweet, which I like.
