“I placed an order on UberEats, and there were 2 bags of my order. However, the UberEats driver only delivered one of the bags and left the other bag in the store. (The store even had a note on the bag indicating there were 2 bags). While I was upset that the driver had made a mistake, I received a call from Sherwin at Ten Ren. He offered to deliver the rest of my order to my house for free, even though it was a 30-minute drive. I was impressed by his willingness to provide this service, especially since he was not at fault and could have easily ignored the mistake. I am highly impressed by this level of customer service, which is usually only available for a fee. It's great that you can experience this 6-Stars service at Ten Ren Tea Time in Eastvale. Let's give a round of applause for Sherwin!“

“It's consistently delicious, consistently busy, and consistently turning tables. We've been 3 times, because we don't live in the area and have to plan to go when we're visiting Cravings, but are trying to work our way through the menu- the flavors are diverse and have always hit the mark! Also love that they're Five Star members, so eventually you're rewarded for being a repeat customer. I hate to say this, but they blow Boiling Point out of the water.“

“I went there for brunch and had the Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict and a Shrek Latte with matcha, brown sugar, cinnamon.I must say, the customer service and food both exceeded my expectations. I would definitely go there again to try other items on their menu.“

“food is great, good choices in topping buffet, everyone gets their own individual pot. only complaint is that you can only order 3 orders of meat per person at a time and meat portions are very small. i think my group averaged 20+ orders each so we had to order at least 7 times“

“This place was great. We got there and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. They had a table ready for us right away. I asked the young lady what was her recommendation she suggested to do the self serving station and it was the best thing ever. Thank you!“

“I stopped here with my family the night we made it to Ontario, California for vacation, and it was such a fantastic choice!The staff were incredibly friendly, some even made some decent jokes. The inside of the building was quite nice, with very clean bathrooms. And of course, the food was delicious! A large menu with a wide variety of options for vegans and non-vegans alike was available. And the food was all totally healthy. So it was nutritious and delicious! I would recommend this for anybody staying in Ontario or visiting 10/10.“

“Second time coming to this location and the first time trying their Vegetarian Vermicelli ( Rice Noodles w/Vegetarian Egg Rolls). OMG the portion was GIGANTIC and could have easily fed a family of four lol The egg rolls were hot and freshly fried, and the vegetables were nice and crisp! To drink, I had the honeydew milk tea. It was a bit too sweet for me yet watery at the same time and the honeydew flavor was very subtle. My sisters and I also shared a plate of fries for an appetizer. I thought they tasted like McDonald's fries, so if you like those...get em! Again...huge portion! Service was wonderful! We were welcomed as soon as we stepped foot in the door and told we could sit anywhere we wanted. (we were the only ones in the restaurant haha!) Our food came out at different times as everything is made to order as well as our milk teas so be prepared to wait. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend...and bring your appetite!“

“Excellent customer service from the moment I called to make a reservation for my birthday and party of 18! Dayton was great welcoming our party in and offering the best selections for Shabu and appetizers. The flavors were delicious and recommended creamy vegetable broth with spicy tonkatsu, I loved it and brought left overs home as well. Space was great to accommodate our large party. We will definitely be back again when I have a good craving for soup!“

“As a world renowned hot pot connoisseur and #2 fan of Boiling Point, I've decided to give Pot on Fire a try per high praise from a classmate that grew up in OC where all the good Eats are. However to her dismay, she had ordered her pot "mild" but it came out "dangerous spicy". Upon asking to have it changed because that's a drastic difference, she was told just to move the spice on the side. Anyways enough yapping about that, moving on about the food: -Popcorn chicken ($8.00): Decent portion for the price. Very crispy and good amount of flavoring, little on the saltier side. -Stuffed fish ball ($7.20): Filling was delicious and creamy. Outside is seasoned with a type of dry chili which elevated the dish. -Lamb pot ($21.50): I ordered it "spicy" and the name definitely lived up to the broth. Still very flavorful without the spice overpowering the taste. The lamb comes bone in and many pieces were pretty fatty. Decent balance of napa cabbage, vermicelli, tofu, and other things. I wish there was more enoki mushrooms but we in an enoki mushroom shortage right now so I understand. The sauces were okay, there is sesame, garlic soy sauce, and I think it was Huy fong chili garlic sauce which I do enjoy. Overall, I enjoyed the meal. If I were to compare to Boiling Point and Tasty Pot, Boiling Point still reigns supreme with Pot on Fire slightly being above Tasty Pot.“
