It baskin robins. You had one, you had themAll. Decent, quick, mass produced ice cream. But walking up at 9:55, they lock the door on me and shut off the open sign. I pull on the handle and one girl makes eye contact and keeps walking and the other pretends apparently doesn’t hear me. I would have been out by 9:59 and you would have had one more scoop to wash. Accessibility: handicap parking in front of the entrance with flat ground from the parking lot up to the front door entrance. Air conditioned inside, of course, but there are no restrooms here at all. Experience: one single scoop of ice cream was $4.49. For me that's a little expensive, but the ice cream was good! I ordered Cherries Jubilee and it tasted great! There were real chunks of Cherries in there which really made it delicious.

This Basin Robbins is dirty, the counters, floors, broken chairs. When I say dirty it looks like the floor hasn't been mopped in months. The ice cream isn't cold, soft and milky . Ewwwww!! Save your time and money and go to the La Mesa location. This place is gross !!
