Usually dont write reviews but i had too on this one. Had came in to get ice cream and when i came in the store smelt and looked dirty. Floors looked like they werent cleaned for months. Flies in the ice cream cabinets. There was this one girl in the back doing cakes with glasses that just kept looking at me. Nonethless, a fat wavy hair colored eyed girl helped me and she seemed annoyed. Called owner to complain but no answer. Wont ever come back to this ratchet location again.

Very unfriendly service at this baskin robbins. We went in tonight and the two girls closing gave us dirty looks and stared intensely at us while we decided what ice cream we wanted. When we asked about their sundaes they very quickly shut us down and told us they were out of brownies. No apology or anything. Be warned coming here. We ended up not even getting anything we were so disgusted

I went to this location yesterday at around 2pm excited to use my birthday scoop email. After selecting a flavor and ready to check out, the female associate scanned the qr code, but said it was only good for yesterday. She said, oh I'm sorry. It was an awkward moment of silence. In all the years I've been in customer service, I would've still honored it. I hope she ate that 1 scoop of ice-cream.

The customer service over there are the worst. Unfortunately I ordered a birthday cake and they didn’t do it correctly, and instead of refunding and making it up for me, they told me either to take cake and leave or refund only. They were so rude and mean, they sabotage my baby 1st birthday.

This Basin Robbins is dirty, the counters, floors, broken chairs. When I say dirty it looks like the floor hasn't been mopped in months. The ice cream isn't cold, soft and milky . Ewwwww!! Save your time and money and go to the La Mesa location. This place is gross !!

Girls rushed us to order and rushed us out the door. Now I remember why we quit going there. The Glamorous selection was not amazing as well.
It baskin robins. You had one, you had themAll. Decent, quick, mass produced ice cream. But walking up at 9:55, they lock the door on me and shut off the open sign. I pull on the handle and one girl makes eye contact and keeps walking and the other pretends apparently doesn’t hear me. I would have been out by 9:59 and you would have had one more scoop to wash. Now I won’t be back. Before i even finished writing this: lights out, going home.If your hours are posted 10 pm. Be open until 10 please. Especially if you will be out of there in minutes anyways. Most respectable business do that. Usually aren’t too rude about it either.

This place is disgusting. It smells like cleaning supplies mixed with the weirdest nastiest smell. The girls working are not sanitary at all my ice cream tasted disgusting. I would not recommend coming here.

Rude customer service. I ordered a small cup of ice cream to go and when I got to my destination and opened the bag, the ice cream was all over the the bag because the lid was not closed completely. I called the store and asked them to remake it and they said it's not their fault and denied all responsibility as if I'm the one who didn't secure the lid and put it in a brown paper bag. When I called, I spoke to Oujain, so if for some crazy reason you actually go to this place, watch out for her rude customer service. I can't believe a place like this would just throw ice cream in a cup, not secure the lid, throw it in a paper bag, then when it spills deny responsibility, the sorcery. Your mistake, you fix it. I got a SMALL ice cream, a SINGLE scoop, it would not have hurt baskin robins at all to right their wrong. BR charges you $4 for a single scoop while that scoop is and cup runs them about $1

The customer service was indubitably subpar, workers were boobish and showed no interest in cooperating with me and eventually began to simply ignore me, I tried calling to ask questions about the store the call was ended quite abruptly leaving me feeling quite dissatisfied with my experience and I plan on never visiting again.
