“Went here for breakfast once. The sweet potato pancakes are so good, I highly recommend it!Really good hash browns, bacon, and ham slices.. the sausages were kind of spicy and oily. The sunny side up eggs were also really runny.Great service also.“
“Searching for a quick breakfast place on our way through SanDiego and this was the best place! We had an option to sit inside or outside. We chose inside and were seated immediately. Our waitress Savannah was on it! We ordered coffee and blinked and it was at the table. Food was out extremely fast as well. We had two different egg Benedict's and two kids meals. No complaints here on taste. Everything was hot and perfect' They also had a menu if you have a dog with you, so cute. Overall delicious, great service, and I would highly recommend.“
“Exceptional Service That Brightens My Sunday! From the moment we walked into the IHOP in El Cajon, CA, it was clear that my dining experience was going to be something special, thanks to my server, Ryan. His infectious energy and genuine love for his job were evident in every interaction. Ryan wasn't just serving food; he was serving up smiles with a side of laughter, making my meal memorable. What truly set Ryan apart was his remarkable efficiency and organization. It seemed as though he was doing the work of four people, yet he never missed a beat. His ability to communicate with customers, ensuring everyone felt attended to and valued, was impressive. It’s rare to come across someone who not only excels in their role but also elevates the entire atmosphere of the restaurant.I believe employees like Ryan are the heartbeat of any great dining establishment. His hard work, dedication, and positive attitude deserve recognition. I sincerely hope that IHOP considers promoting this gentleman because it’s clear he’s not just working a job; he’s passionate about making every customer's experience exceptional.Thank you, Ryan, for making our visit to IHOP unforgettable. Your sense of humor and boundless energy truly made my day before church today.“
“Came in on a busy Monday but only had to wait 10 mins! Never had been to this place before but was delighted by Sebastian who accommodated us well and who always was checking on us. The food was so good and loved the crepes at the end very yummy veryyyyy yummy!“
“Be sure to sign up for the waitlist as this local spot is super popular. The massive brunch menu has something for everyone. Love that there’s such a variety of traditional and Tex-mex brunch options to satiate your hunger in the morning!“
“I love this place. It’s my favorite place to have breakfast. I’ve been coming to Family house of pancakes for more than 25 years . I always have the Denver omelette and their chocolate pancakes are the best. My family loves the tropical pancakes as well. COME HERE!!!“
“We indulged in a delightful breakfast at this spot over the weekend! Despite arriving later than planned, the approximately 20-minute wait proved to be well worthwhile. The provision of a pager allowed us the freedom to stroll around during the wait.Parking posed no issue in the shopping center, and although the restaurant was compact and bustling, their organization was commendable. They effectively maximized space, ensuring a comfortable experience without excessive crowding. While outdoor seating is available, a bit more of it would be a welcome addition.Customer service held up admirably in the midst of a busy morning. The staff checked on us diligently, displaying friendliness throughout. Now, onto the highlight—the food was simply delicious! Our choice of corned beef hash and chilliquilles in Colorado sauce proved to be a culinary delight. The corned beef, presented in substantial chunks rather than the typical ground form, added a unique touch. The house potatoes, though nicely sized, could benefit from a touch more seasoning and crispness.Overall, it is a highly satisfying breakfast experience that assures our return.“
“I recently tried The Trails Eatery for breakfast in San Diego, CA, and it was fantastic! The food was delicious, especially the pancakes and omelets. The portions were generous and the cozy atmosphere made it a perfect spot to start the day.“
“100% transparent review. Parkings a little tight Food is 100% worth every bite.(I got the biscuits and gravy plus) Service was great, the young man serving made returners feel like regulars. Will definitely bring my family back not only for the food but to also add a little color.“
“This new-ish (open less than a year) Roberto's in Santee is located on the edge of our neighborhood. We don't even have to take a major thoroughfare to get to it. We become victims of habit when it comes to our to-go Mexican food. We finally remembered this place. Located in the corner of a 7/11 anchored strip mall on the corner of Cuyamaca and Mast, on a hill. The parking lot can get a bit messy at times. The 7/11 has a gas station which makes the entry/exit a little more difficult. I called to place our order for pick-up. (I'm not going to deduct a star because their website sucks). The girl who I spoke with was pleasant. She said my order would be ready in five minutes. Perfect. It takes two to get there from our house. For Becky it was the Carne Asada Plate with flour tortillas. I chose the Carnitas Plate (no guac) with corn tortillas. I also ordered a Fish Taco for myself. The carne asada was very, very good. Seasoned well and tender. No fatty or gristly chunks. Quality carne asada. Served with very good refried beans and rice. Excellent flour tortillas as well. I loved the carnitas. Lots of big flavorful chunks. Nice and crispy exterior with tender, delicious pork inside. Really good. The corn tortillas were great. The fish taco was fantastic. The perfectly breaded filet filled the doubled-up corn tortillas from end to end. It was nicely dressed with "Baja sauce", pico and cabbage. If you dine in there are a few tables inside and a little 4-seat bar with four tap handles. When I was visited they had Pacifico, Modelo, Sculpin and Coors Light on tap, although no one was manning the bar. I didn't see any pricing, but bottled beers were $3 each. Solid food and super convenient for us. Yep, we're going back.“
“Ahhh mazing food, service, drinks and atmosphere. Went on a Sunday morning around 11:30. Wait was about 20 minutes for 4. Took a bit for our server to come by, but someone else came and got our drink orders. We got corn beef hash, chicken fried steak, eggs Benedict, and a senior meal for food. Bloody Mary was delicious and not spicy. The pancakes were so delicious! All the food was huge portions and so yummy! Our server, Mary was fun and attentive! Will definitely be back when I am back in town!“
“Went for the first time after seeing this place for years. Absolutely amazing food and top quality ingredients. 10/10 will be back. The pancakes are incredible and the service was top notch. They customized our order so we could try multiple items. Loved “
“Wow this place is a hidden Gem great place to eat the food was awesome I ordered the Broadway which is grilled ham cheedar cheese melted with avocado super delicious with a side of fries I highly recommend this place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner...????“
“Great breakfast!! The biscuit on this country Benedict was maybe one of the best I've ever had. It's SO big and good. AND they served this with three poached eggs rather than two. The biggest benedict portion I've ever had and super tasty!“
“As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the friendly staff and seated right away. A great start to an even better meal! My fiancèe and I ordered the Honeymoon latte (vanilla latte sweetened with honey) and a Dirty Chai to start, both were super delicious, beautiful and handcrafted to perfection. For our meals my fiancèe ordered the Beefee Benedict which is served with Kufta (think Mediterranean "meatloaf" with robust herbs and spices) and a house blend cheese on top of English muffins and a made from scratch Hollandaise sauce. And I had ordered the Shakshuka "Special" which is on the regular menu, that's just how they named this dish and that comes with grilled onions and peppers, Kufta, two sunny side eggs in a rich and perfectly acidic tomato puree and houseblend cheese with a house made Bread dome on top of the whole dish. Delicious is an understatement, the food, the drinks the atmosphere, I mean everything fit so prefect. They have a little taste of different cultures and offer healthy alternatives and everything is made in house and I could not say anything bad about this place. 10 out of 10 recommend and we will definitely be coming back to try other amazing dishes.“
