“My daughter just happen to have a ravioli craving and we had never been here....so we decided to stop by right when they opened. Im so glad we did! We are definitely coming back. I had a bite of her ravioli and it was just absolutely delicious! The sauce is amazing and my daughter loved how they drenched the ravioli in sauce. Im picky when it comes to sauce, so I just have to say wow.“

“Testo Pepesto Italian Restaurant is centrally located on Main Street in downtown El Cajon. It is a great family-owned restaurant with delicious food and friendly service. Best pizza and pasta in El Cajon! They also bake their own tasty bread. Everything is absolutely YUMMY!!!“

“We first started coming here a year ago and its consistently been one of our favorite spots whenever we visit San Diego. The lahmajeen and egg/ kofta/ tomoato dish are my go-to's. Can't recommend this place enough! The owner is also very sweet and friendly.“

“Never had a bad experience here. The staff are always super friendly and make you feel welcomed and take good care of us. This is our favorite no-frills, reliably good food, hole in the wall spot. Our son loves the food here too! Highly recommend“
