My husband and I have been using a meal prep delivery services for about a year. We work out at Hard Core Fitness Downtown and they recommended using Lean & Tasty during one of the 60 day challenges because Lean & Tasty had created a menu with the specific calories/macros required.The meals were so fresh and clean and delicious even with the very strict macro requirements that we continued on using them after the challenge was over. I learned the hard way that maintaining a healthy diet body requires only 20% exercise and 80% diet. With so many diet fads out there... Lean & Tasty continues to provide nutritious healthy products with great taste and wide selection. I highly recommend their products.
