I happen to stop in and decided to try, it was my first time needless to say I would like EVERYONE to know the Honey Graham cracker flavor WAS OUTSTANDING ???. Honestly hope they keep this flavor. The only negative thing is no good phone number not even on the website ?no one ever answers ?
It's isn't the yogurt quality or flavor that lacks here. The yogurt is actually decent just like any other Menchie's. The people who complain about the flavors are the same people who think Panda Express is the best Chinese food in the world...there's a lot of them in El Cajon. There's plenty of toppings to make your yogurt even more flavorful. What lacks here is the customer service. It's what you get when you hire high school kids without supervision, experience or guidance....read full review
