The first time I visited this branch and although there were no people, the cleaning was very bad, even the tables were dirty and no employee came out to attend to that. The service is good but somewhat rushed.
FRANK!! Thank you SO MUCH for helping us out. Road trip, pulled in here, Frank went out of his way to help us figure a few things out, including what we wanted to order caffeine-free. A truly NICE guy who didn't have too be so kind - not just merely "good customer service."Will definitely return here next time we're zooming along the I-8!!

I'm shocked that it took me over 5 minutes to get a tall black coffee ( which i had to ask for again). The young men and women also need customer service training. They were filling many orders before ( which I understand, because they were online orders). But all the young lady had to do was turn around and pour the coffee( which she ended up having to do).
