I'm shocked that it took me over 5 minutes to get a tall black coffee ( which i had to ask for again). The young men and women also need customer service training. They were filling many orders before ( which I understand, because they were online orders). But all the young lady had to do was turn around and pour the coffee( which she ended up having to do). Then I noticed a gentleman that was already there when I entered, getting his tall black coffee rught after I asked for mine. My Bagel was given to me before the coffee ?. I will continue to go to the Starbucks on Imperial Ave only, where they are cheeful and seem to care about there customers.

The first time I visited this branch and although there were no people, the cleaning was very bad, even the tables were dirty and no employee came out to attend to that. The service is good but somewhat rushed.

2 drinks, 20 min waiting in shop.... You tell me. I don't know how they work their orders but i saw so many drive through orders go by before my order was ready. From what it looked like, they split up there drive through orders and in shop walk in orders. So it would only make sense that they were super backed up with their in store orders and were pushing out drive through orders way faster. I think that's wrong, if you have customers waiting inside, they should be taken care of in order As they are received.

Closed for the day but yet they charged my online order. When I called they said they were short staffed and needed to close. They aren't able to refund my purchase. I understand that if they needed to close for a certain reason they should refund me, or deny any further online orders.

Went to this Starbucks on the way home. They never made my order! Never apologized for the issue! Waited 15 plus mins, two people after I had ordered my drink, got their drinks first! This place is terrible. Never coming back again!. They're like we're backed up! Ok but why are two people after I ordered getting their drinks first. Very unprofessional and terrible service.

Not the best Starbucks in El Centro, but it's close to In N Out and it's pretty good to go with whatever fast food is nearby.

TO BEGIN WITH I'VE BEEN A STARBUCKS CUSTOMER FOR YEARS I'VE NEVER HAD AN ISSURE I'VE BEEN TO MANY MANY STARBUCKS EVERYONE IS ALWAYS SUPER FRIENDLY AND NICE NO MATTER HOW BUSY THEY ARE TILL YESTERDAY I ORDERED THRU APP IT WOULD BE READY AT 5:07 PM I ARRIVE AT 5:09 IT WAS SUPER BUSY MY DRINK WAS READY BUT WHEN YOU GO TO THIS STARBUCKS YOUR FOOD ITEM YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR IT CAUSE THEY HAVE IT IN A BASKET NEAR DRIVE THRU REGISTER I WAITED A LITTLE SO ASKED AN EMPLOYEE SHE CHECKED I ALSO ASKED FOR PUP CUP WHICH SHE GAVE ME SHE NEVER TOLD ME IT WASN'T READY SO I ASKED ANOTHER EMPLOYEE SHE TURNED AND LOOKED AT ME WITH AND ATTITUDE AND SAID MY CO WORKER AND ME ARE DOING DRINKS AND MY OTHER CO WORKER IS DOING FOOD I TOLD HER SHE DIDN'T NEED TO BE MAD SHE SAID SHE WASN'T MAD SHE HAD AN ATTITUDE I UNDERSTAND SHE'S BUSY BUT NEVER NEVER HAD ANY EXPERIENCE LIKE THAT I WAS SHOCKED PLUS I GOT MY SANDWICH IT WAS ALL OVER THE PLACE IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OR CAN'T HANDLE PRESSURE WHY ARE YOU AT STARBUCKS
