C. Knight's Steakhouse is a hidden gem with excellent food and service. The Salmon and steak are both delicious, from appetizers to dessert. They also serve amazing burgers and carpaccio. The staff is attentive and the owner is fabulous. While the steak was cooked correctly, some expected a bit more flavor. Overall, a pleasurable dining experience not to miss in Sacramento/ EDH.
