“I started coming back to Carls Jr in South El Monte a few months ago. And I see the food has gotten a lot better . There are two people that have waited on me there that are so kind and respectful and patient not rushing you thru your order . Giving me options . I don’t know the young man’s name but he works at night but today I asked the woman in the drive thru her name because she was just great and kind her name is Leslie and I wanted to say Thank you for making my drive thru experience a good one not one I am mad about! Your time was much appreciated! … I feel people should tip the people that are courteous and show they like there job ..The Manager here at this Carls Jr has always treated me very kind also.
