“Stumbled into the Tender Trap this weekend and it did not disappoint. The outside is very unassuming, but once you open that door you're greeted by 2 old school saloon style doors, and from that moment on, you know you're in for a good time! The decor was great, lots of great pictures (JFK), nice long wooden bar, and a few other tables to sit at. They had a pinball machine, pool table, a few TVs, and a jukebox for some added entertainment. Drinks were good, bartender and crowd were friendly, bathrooms were clean, and music was good! Will definitely be back!“
“My friend and i came here on Christmas Day and i was so glad they were open.Andrew is our bartender and he was very attentive to all our orders. He made every drink we ordered and they were actually very satisfying. The portions were all right and they tasted exactly as how they should.Food choices were limited to chips but there is a satisfying amount of entertainment from dart boards, a jukebox and a pool table. The patrons that come here are pretty mellow and not like the crazy loud obnoxious crowds that I run into at some bars.You can go for a smoke in the back where there are tables, chairs and ashtrays to use.The restrooms were clean and well maintained.Lots of parking in the back through Wells Fargo Bank.“
“Check this place out whether you're a professional or want to play for fun with family and friends! (All ages!) Pool tables are in great condition. It's CASH ONLY $7/hr for one person or $12/hr for two or more people on a table. This place looks a thousand times better after the remodel and has a very chill vibe. Loooove the lighting and portraits they have on their walls. Their hours may be a bit off because they're having issues with the city and a zoning code, as of now they're open 2pm-1am but I believe will start closing at 10pm in the near future (hopefully not for long). You can always call and ask ahead of time about hours or how busy it is. They have a few new lady bartenders that are very nice and provide great costumer service. Also, cue repair Monday-Wednesday with Jose. It starts getting busy at night so definitely stop by before 7:30pm to grab a table on time, you might get lucky anytime after or get stuck on the waiting list for awhile but you can always grab a beer or soda and play darts while you wait. They don't serve food but you're welcome to bring outside food and eat by the bar (no food by the pool tables). They also don't allow outside drinks but they do sell bottled water, soda, bottled beer and HOPEFULLY beer on tap once they finish repairing the taps. Overall, amazing place to have a great time and play some pool!“
“Nautical Dive turned into a legit whiskey bar.Had my first taste of Eagle Rare, which did not disappoint. You could drink a beer comfortably on the bar or tables, but this is a local whiskey joint. Fully stocked bar below, but middle and upper shelves are dedicated to bourbon, Scotch, Irish and Japanese labels. Not a cocktail drinker, but the bartenders look line they know what they're doing.“

“Cheapest drinks in town. Bartenders have been there for many years. They pour their drinks strong. Yeah it's a dive bar. But with pool tables, dart boards 3 big TVs and a jukebox. It has all the amenities of any other bar except the trendy yuppies and complainers, because they're too cool for a dive bar. It has good drinks. Good people. And good times. “Great neighborhood spot. Stopped in for pre-dinner drinks on a Saturday evening. It seemed like everyone knew each other and was having a chill time watching the NCAA tourney. “We came here on a whim because "the Dive" was packed and we didn't want to wait. We've been here to the Creat few times in thr past and it was good from our past experience. The entrance is at the back, by the parking lot. We came right in and we seated ourselves at the 2nd booth because all the other booths and bar were filled with people. We waited and found out through yelp that you look at the board for a dinner menu and an appetizer menu. It's very simple, steak for $14.99 or burger for $7.49. Cheeseburger is 7.99. The one lady was busy serving and cooking so we ordered with the bartender. It took a while for our food because she's the only one person. We started off with their fried zucchini sticks and they were delicious!! It's far cheaper than any place for fried zucchinis for $4.99 and ut was a giod amount. It came with two ranch dressings for dipping sauce. Soon our steak dinner plate and cheeseburger plate came and we enjoyed both. They have about 7 tvs to watch sports or whatever happens to be on. Both the bartender and the lady server/chef were pleasant to talk to. While I was yelping, I happen to leave my phone at our booth and we paid and left. After an hour later, I had realized my phone wasn't with me so our daughter called them to ask, sure enough they had it to the side for us to pick it up. They're great honest people and I would return any day for a simple meal!! Thanks very much!!“

“Post 280 is an old school veterans post. It's got that 60/70s look and feel, just what some of us are looking for. Good beer, good service, good people. Some posts are not so welcoming and accommodating, not the case with this post. I was impressed with all their innovations and creativity with new events, fundraisers, and trying to reopen which are all challenging now. “Cool spot we discovered on our way to dinner. The owner was really cool with us. We experienced the early hours: pretty empty, we were able to play pool. Went back after dinner and it was full. There was a cool cover band playing, still great. The drinks are pretty reasonable, ample parking, and cool environment. Check it out!“

“Where do I begin. The bartenders, such kind people. The owners, I had the pleasure of meeting them and they were such a pleasure. The atmosphere is great, the artwork on the walls is nice, well lit outside area with TVs and space heaters so you can have a smoke with your drink, and the spacing of the tables from the pool tables. Was perfect And there's pool tables! Not one or two, enough for there to be competitive and friendly games going on at the same time. They're kept in good condition, proper size. And the patrons are always keeping the juke Jams flowing... 5 stars, 11/10 would recommend.“
