Place is awesome, got cool merch and an awesome atmosphere. If you like Tofu (I personally don't but my friend and cousin do), it's great! However I did love their Green Tea! And the Car Meets are sick!

Cute and delicious! Big Japan vibes, gave me flashbacks. Tofu is superb- chewy and the drink was creamy. This is not like starbucks- it is distinctive and if you do not know what a tofu drink is, expect a beverage with a complex flavor, not just syrup. The staff is quite nice and if you know the anime or manga, it's a destination cafe!

OMG! After seeing this cafe advertised on Instagram so many times, and with my boyfriend & I both being avid watchers of Initial D, we made this a must-visit for our trip. This cafe is so cool! Everything from the decor, to the memorabilia, there are little die casts, action figures, posters, and they even sell clothing! They play Initial D episodes on the TV, and there's even racing machines from Japan in the back! There are plenty of tables and chairs to sit at, and always cool cars parked outside. We had to get their fried tofu (ifykyk) and we both agreed this is THE BEST fried tofu we've ever had. It's crispy and a little peppery, and when paired with the sweet chili sauce was perfection. For drinks we went for the Red Suns, a red bean matcha soymilk. As well as the Emperor, a black sesame soymilk with tofu pudding. I love that all their drinks are soy-based, so I never have to worry about lactose intolerance! We got both of these at less ice and 100% sweetness and this is the perfect level of sugar. Their little themed cups are so adorable, and the tofu pudding in my drink is literally tau fu fa, it had such a lovely nostalgic soy flavor and was so silky. I love anything black sesame, so this was a winner for me! We came near closing time, so the store was empty. The owner (I think) is super nice and genuine! A huge plus is the ginormous parking lot that it shares with other businesses. Single-handedly the best parking lot in LA we came across :)

Came to Fujiwara Tofu Cafe over the new year weekend. Order through their 2 kiosks up front (no cash accepted, card only). Hubby and I got the (hot) Fujiwara Tofu Pudding w/ Brown Sugar (aka the standard TofuFa you get with the ginger & brown sugar you can get from dimsum!). It was good, but I do think a little overpriced and overly sweet at the bottom. I wonder if we can ask them to give us the brown sugar syrup on the side to add ourselves....They also have a Black Sesame Tofu Pudding, but they were out when we came in that night. Bummer, I'll have to try next time.Inside decor of the Cafe is all based off the Initial D anime! And they do have a couple of the Intial D racing games in the back (but one machine was out of order when we went) - 50 cents per game. You can ask for change from the cashier/worker.

Definitely feels like a healthier option since so many things are black rice or tofu based!So many places are just straight sugar bombs so I was curious to see their offerings. We ended up with taro, black rice, tofu, black sesame items which were all not too sweet. That's like older asian compliment supreme.Things are I guess Initial D themed here with two arcade machines in the back. Brings me back to my high school days when I had a key to play unlimited...They sell merch too if you're into that.Payment kiosks on the side and the seats double as purse or jacket storage under the cushion, just make sure not to forget your things before you leave.Would def come back when in the area.

The Drinks are unique and tasty, snacks are different types of soy pudding desserts and fried tofu. The drink I would suggest to stir well before drinking because most of the drinks the soy milk float tohe top and the other part of the drink separates to the bottom. The decor and theme is perfect if you are into the Initial D anime series. They have some pretty cool iconic cars that typically park in front of the shop.

Grabbing some drinks at this cute cafe filled with an Initial D-themed store. If you haven't heard about it Initial D is an anime from Japan and it has to deal with a kid that lives in a mountain town and has to deliver food for his dad's store. It's such a cool anime they also made a game out of it and I swear I was super addicted to playing at the arcades. This store was impressive and pretty much has a range of different flavored drinks. I got the black sesame one because I enjoy the nutty flavor. My friend got the taro and another got an Ovaltine-flavored drink. You can adjust the sweetness, ice, and toppings inside your drink. I would say come and try it out. I got my drink with 50 percent less sugar because I like it to not be super sweet and it was made perfectly.

The shop has a love for all things initial D, with drink all themed after the show and including tofu in them. They have an extensive amount of show memorabilia and they even sell some merch but it's online. They have 2 initial d stage 3 machines in the back but they aren't linked. If you want to show some one what the show is, they play the show in the back ground.The drinks are great all themed after race teams or people in the show, but go in knowing they do include tofu so if it's not your thing then try something else on the menu. I picked the purple shadow, its great. This place does live up to the fujiwara tofu shops name
