It was a light day at Jack, as we came early morning. Everyone had gotten their meals; however, it just looked sad. It looked like a primary school burger. For an ultimate cheeseburger, you could barely see between the bun. You can taste the meat, but you can't see it. No lettuce, tomatoe, sauce, etc. I know it's corporate, but Jack used to be my favorite because they used to do you right. Used to get full back in the days of middle school 2004. 2023 and it's best if you just cooked it yourself. Still better than Del Taco, but a lower ranking than Wendy's.

Every time I go to this Jack in the Box they have the worst Customer Service. Also a week ago I went & order food for my coworkers & my self & I was missing fries plus the curly fries I did get were cold & tasted old., then last week on Saturday I went to the drive thru brought daylight in a rush on my lunch break & I'm waiting to order & they tell me thru the intercom there close they don't even have a cone or a sign. I'm sure sales must be horrible. I am NOT a returning customer after several inconveniences!!

The worker here are friendly. (I wrote this is because I went to a different Jack in The Box for 3 or 4 times.)I got here on Saturday morning. It was very quiet and peaceful.Hope every body get their food by drive-thru on first Saturday of every month.May God bless this JIB good busy days Monday thru Friday.

It always amazes me how from one restaurant that's a franchise to another . It can literally be like night and day I could love the del Taco in Pasadena and absolutely completely avoid the one in Azusa it's actually the opposite but it's just an example. This location is the Jack in the box that I enjoy coming to you I believe that their quality of food just tastes better than a lot of the other Jack in the boxes I go to and that's true I was little upset because it was no shakes but hey life's not perfect but this Jack in the box is close to it.

Wow, ordered a Jumbo Jack and there was nothing Jumbo about it, it was the size of a McDonalds Cheeseburger. Luckily I ordered large fries to fill me up, looks like inflation has gotten to Jack!
They have people working there that just don't give a s***.

Absolutely horrendous "service". I went at 3 PM, 2 hours before they were supposed to close. I tried going inside but all the doors were locked, so I went to the drive thru. The lady in the drive thru window completely ignored me, she refused to talk to me. All I wanted was 1 burger. They literally shut down the store whenever they feel like it. They treated me as if I was a nuisance who wasn't worth serving. I also watched 2 other cars go through the drive thru and drive away with no food. Completely unacceptable. I can't believe they conduct business like this.

I just bought a boneless Jack and it tasted horrible the burger was not appetizing nor chase the flies cold thing about it is Drink I don't know why they will make it a combo or why sell it when it says that bad go to Wendy's when is the best

The manager is the worst my son ordered some food and right away she was looking at him up and down because of the way he was dressed and judging him she has the worst skills I've ever seen in my life she does not need to be a manager and I will never go there again they need to remove another female there because she does not need to be working there either they do not have kind people when my son was trying to be nice to the manager he was not rude not even once she does not have people skills and I would not go back there ever again and I will let all my friends and family know not to ever go there

The stacked grilled cheese burger is the stupidest idea ever for a burger, 3 buns 1 piece of meat, DumbFranchise owners don’t have much say about wjhat Jack wants to sell so this location still gets 4 stars. The employees are nice, service fast and the dining room spotless clean. You can’t ask for much more from a fast food joint.
