We had made my daughter 15th birthday cake with them, and the cake was fine when we got home ,but like an hour the cake fell apart, we called them and they blamed the weather and us ,my daughter cake pictures came so ugly, I still can't believe them didn't take any responsibilit, I don't recommend that cake shop.

Bought a $130 cake for my daughter's 1st birthday. It had a hard white chocolate layer on top & 2 cheap plastic snowflakes covered in unedible glitter that were stuck on top. I tried to remove the snowflakes but there was still plastic inside the cake. I ordered strawberry filling but instead got some sort of cream filling which I was not informed that my cake had a different filling. We ended up throwing the whole cake away after I almost choked on a piece of plastic. Thank god I didn't give my kids any cake because they could've choked on plastic. All she refunded me was $45 for wrong filling. Didn't care that her cake was hazardous. I've bought a few cakes from her & some treats during special occasions but no more. She obviously doesn't care about her customers just about making money.

I've been going to them for various cakes as I love how they taste. However the last cake I ordered was my reason for not going anymore. My daughter was very specific she wanted a chocolate cake for her birthday and I made sure I ordered chocolate. Day of the party, we cut the cake and it's a white bread with color dye making it look pink. We tasted it and it wasn't strawberry cake. It was white. No one ate the cake and we just threw it out. So disappointing. I messaged them to let them know their mistake and have yet to receive a message back and it's been months. Why go through the process of ordering cakes if you just do what you want? ?

Never a pleasant experience here. My family has been dealing with their unprofessionalism for years. From baby shower cakes that don't match the description given, to botched orders. Our most recent experience was placing an order for conchas and receiving a notification that our order was ready for pick up only to arrive to a closed shop. VERY EXPENSIVE considering they don't take the time to hear out your requests and just rush things out the door. As you can see from other reviews, not too many pleasant experiences given here.

I had a bad feeling about ordering a cake from this place because I've heard a lot of bad things but my son's godmother always gets her cakes here and they always come out nice so I told her you go ahead and place the order since they know you and she did I had sent her the picture of how I wanted the cake to be she had sent it and said that everything was paid for and good something in my gut told me to tell my son's godmother to just make sure that everything was good and she did they said everything was good the day that the cake was picked up the top part was falling apart and it was totally not what we ordered it had no topper and the top part was leaning over we had to put sticks to make sure that it didn't fall off added some stuff on top of the cake and at the bottom part of the cake to try to fix the cake they were missing a cake topper they said it didn't come in time and mind you we ordered this cake months in advance I don't see why she wouldn't be able to get the topper I definitely will not be coming here and I recommend that you don't either because you are running the risk of your cake being messed up she offered a refund for the cake topper I really believe she should give us half of the money back due to it's not even what we asked for it look like she didn't care or was in a rush and the customer service SUCKS!! And reading the reviews also is sad this bakery puts a damper on people special occasions

I can't even begin to talk about the amazing food we had. They do the kind of food gluten free people actually want to eat. I eat healthy most of the time but once in awhile a girl wants a chicken pot pie. Mariposa knocked it out of the park. The only thing I'd say is that their spanikopita filling didn't have enough salt. And that's an easy fix. Do yourself a favor and get a few things. You won't be sorry.

Very disappointed!! My order was a very specific flavor for my daughters cake. The baker decided to give me a different flavor and the bread was extremely dry. The staff was told of their mistake and took no accountability, and charged me additional in order to get my original order replaced. Extremely dissatisfied with this bakery.

Paid $300 for a 3 tier cake. The cake was so ugly I really can’t believe I paid this much for a shiiiittyyy cake. Even the guests were saying it tasted horrible. Do not recommend this place what’s so ever. The cakes look nothing like the pictures they showed. Wasn’t even worth $20. You’re better off getting a cake from superior.

Maybe she has great cakes, maybe she doesn't... but hey that customer service is literally TRASH!!! If you stick to your plan she may be the best. And if you don't (in my case, another was already ordered without commutation and there for, I let her know the likewise day a couple hours after, that hey I would like a refund and she did not respond for 3 days until I said hey chase will take care of it then) and hey chase did I got my money back! But pissed that I had to go thru the hassle of all that which isn't necessary. ON THEIR WEBSITE IT DOES SAY THEY GIVE A REFUND 72 HOURS IN ADVANCED! MY CAKE WAS NEEDED 2 WEEKS LATER! So, what's the big deal? Says nothing about "And we also offer to hold and honor deposits for up to 6 months" ... I just got to say horrible customer service, but do as you'd like with my information each review I have on my page, I've given each place an explanation to the point of they did good or did not. And exactly what goes on. As we are human, all the same, and are supposed to be treated the same ... if she was in my boat, she would not want to be going thru this hassle too but hey there's Karma too, for the way we are treated.
