Very Surprised I have to admit. This is my first time here. I had the Carne Asada Torta and my husband had the Menudo (on a Tuesday). The food was cooked perfectly. The meat was seasoned correctly, the salsa was spicy. Can't wait to return to try something else. They have Wednesday 99cent Tacos, Fish Taco Fridays. Sundays 50Cent Tacos. I highly recommend.
Was driving around and happened to see a sign that said 75 cent tacos. What?! Cheaper than $1?!?! I have gots to try!!! I've never heard of tacos for less than $1. That's so insane!! And what's even more crazier?! They're so goooood!!!!! Give plenty of meat!!! Big flavor, small prices.Lots of meals they have here: burgers, burritos, seafood... Our favorite meal so far is the shrimp tacos. They are the best we tried in El Monte! The dressing tastes great, and it is not covered with an abnormal amount of bread. Also, take advantage of the offers, such as tacos, Wednesday for $1 each, and fish tacos, $1.5 each. Atmosphere could improve a lot, the inside can look quite outdated, and there are no public restrooms, which it is a letdown....read full review
