The gentlemen who I assume own and work there are just the most incredibly sweet and smiley guys, it always brightens my day when I’m in the neighborhood and can stop by. On top of just always impeccable service the food is damn delicious! It’s seriously one of my favorite, if not my favorite burger’s of all time…the white american cheese with the crunchy lettuce, onions, and mayo on a hoagie bun is serious perfection. I will go to this place anytime I’m in Venice, if you’re in the area you should definitely check it out!“

“I've been coming here for over 10 years loyal customers nice people. The young man that makes the sandwiches has been there for a while and they better be paying him well!! The food is great but today I went and got 2 large sandwiches (thats it)and my total was almost $40. At this point, it's extortion, there's no way in hell they should be getting away with this but hey these foreigners come to America and think we made of money. Nothing has changed since the time I started coming here and paying 7.99-9.99 for the SAME sandwiche ?“
“Big Mike’s did not disappoint. I ate the large cold prosciutto and turkey sub with all the fixings except tomatoes. Whatever else they put on it was absolutely amazing and mouthwatering to think about even a few days later as I write this.“

“I got the Logan cheese steak and it was so yummy !! I also had the fries but they were all soggy, wouldn’t recommend it. I’m from New Jersey and I always crave east coast food. Hands down, this place is the best cheese steak joint out here on the west coast“

“So I came to a tuna sub..... it was here or next door. I'm glad I came here. It was good.... Tuna was perfect maybe just maybe a tad bit more mayo but other than that. I'll be back when I'm In The area The service was quick and pleasant. She took our order with happiness and spoke to my inlaw in Spanish to make sure it was the way she wanted it. “Went here to grab my fry loving toddler niece some food. Wonderful customer service & made to order fresh food. Fries were massive, fresh, & tasty Kids meal $5-$6 Fries $3.50 Fully staffed- 4 to 5 employees on a busy lunch hour No wonder there was a crowd here & not at the other spots in the food court. My niece loves the fries too.“
