Been here a few times, and each time the food has been great. I've tried their beef banh mi, egg rolls, spring rolls, calamari, chicken wings bun Bo hue and of course their pho. All have been pretty good, especially considering this is the ONLY local pho place that doesn't close super early when you need something warm and comforting after work. It was rainy and chilly today and we decided to order lunch from Pho 1 through doordash. We got two different sandwiches, two vermicelli/chicken #26 (for dinner), and we split a large pho. Everything was just delicious. My beef sandwich was packed with crunchy veggies and beef. My husband loved his mixed meat sandwich. This place has been bought by Cam Hong on San Pablo Dam Rd. And now it's so full of customers! The five-star is for the BUN BO HUE and the service! It is sooooo gooooood! The shrimp paste is made with other flavors to it not just the mắm ruốc itself . Friendly staff and the owners I've known them for years and it's the best bun Bo hue I've had around here.
