Very slow service! Waited in drive through for almost 15 minutes just for my mobile order fries. If an order is not ready, they should at least ask the customer to wait in a parking spot in front so the rest of us can at least move along which brings the line down and you don't end up with cold food because it's been sitting on the counter waiting your turn. Additionally, less frustrated customers! Management needs to learn better management skills!

Don't order any food here. They charge for condiments. No one eats fries with no ketchup. People like to have ranch with their burgers. Unfortunately this million dollar location cannot afford to give you any free sausage butt ketch up. I literally work across the street but now i'm not going to eat here anymore.

Ordered through the drive thru yesterday. After the cashier at the first window paid out the cars in front of us, we pulled up to pay for our order. The cashier wasn't at the window and we waited there for about 3 minutes with cars waiting behind us as well. Finally we decided to pull to the pick up window. The employees there just stared at us for a second and kept going about their business. We waited for another minute and, frustrated, just drove off and on our way out saw the vehicles behind us also still waiting to pay at the first window. Everyone okay in there? Yikes.

This girl at driver on Nov 7th at 1:48pm, tried her best to sell me 8 piece of cheese sticks,I asked for 4 piece( for child) , she said they don’t have 4piece it only comes in 8, I have order 4 before, if I only want 4 give me 4.I also ordered small order of onion rings, they were cold soggy and tasted like they did putt salt over it on purpose. Service isn’t the same anymore.

Horrible service. Asked for two BBQ whopper Jr WITHOUT cheese. Got to window. Paid. Didn't get receipt. Got my whoppers. Went home. And they had cheese. Luckily I'm not allergic others y'all be screwed. Your crew needs to learn to slow down and pay
They have terrible service the manger is rude you can hardly understand what she says employees are on there phones they gave me a burnt patty it was nasty fries were salty & cold…..

Well... it's been over a week and i still have yet to get a call/message from anyone. Clearly they don't care. I went to this location last Monday, against my better judgment because of previous experiences, but my family was hungry and we were in a pinch. I ordered the chicken wraps for myself, 2 of them. I was starving. After about halfway through the first wrap, I thought the texture of the chicken felt rubbery. I closed the wrap and immediately felt sick. I was going to eat the second one, thinking maybe the chicken in the first was just off. I opened the wrap to find the chicken was raw in the middle. Absolutely disgusting. I contacted bk through the website. They told me someone would be reaching out. As I waited for someone to call me and pretend to be concerned, i spent much of the next few days in the bathroom, questioning my life choices. I'm never one to get sick off of food, or claim to be sick. But i was SICK. The fact that no one has called, or even emailed me and offered my money back is just as gross as eating raw meat. Do better Burger King
