My cashier Ma Teresa made me feel very welcomed when I arrived to dine inside. She also has very good customer service and also came to ask how the food was. I will definitely be visiting here in the near future. Amazing staff at this location.
If English is not the first language of the person working the drive thru that person shouldn't be working the window. (I have parked my car and gone inside to give my order, and I have also drove off and drove down the street to a different place because of the language barrier ??. )Going inside to ensure my order was what i ordered and driving off occured at a different location. There was an older guy at the drive-thru window. Who had a great attitude at the order speaker. Then when we got to the window (we wanted milkshakes, 4 of them) he had an even better attitude. I gave him my business card to look me up because I own several businesses that I might have to steal him from Carl's Jr. Didn't remember his name, but keep up the good work.
