I asked for light ice on my soda, the entire cup was full of ice. Ran out of my drink before I even finished my food.. I maybe receive half a cup of liquid.. my fries are little bits and pieces.. my chicken was very brown.. my cheesecake was warm… I asked about the prices being wrong on the menu vs what they charged me and refused to talk to me about the very misleading menu/prices. This visit was ridiculous!

There was an older guy at the drive-thru window. Who had a great attitude at the order speaker. Then when we got to the window (we wanted milkshakes, 4 of them) he had an even better attitude. I gave him my business card to look me up because I own several businesses that I might have to steal him from Carl's Jr. Didn't remember his name, but keep up the good work.

My cashier Ma Teresa made me feel very welcomed when I arrived to dine inside. She also has very good customer service and also came to ask how the food was. I will definitely be visiting here in the near future. Amazing staff at this location.

If English is not the first language of the person working the drive thru that person shouldn't be working the window. (I have parked my car and gone inside to give my order, and I have also drove off and drove down the street to a different place because of the language barrier ??. )Going inside to ensure my order was what i ordered and driving off occured at a different location. I was using it as a example of what could happen. The language barrier is real .Thanks for your time.

Not even open at hours posted. Sat in drive thru until about 7:27 am. No response. Saw 1 employee enter the building at 7:09 am. I can see an employee in the store in the kitchen walking around. Calling the store results in going straight to voice-mail. No rings. Probably avoid trying to get food from here in the
Service sucks multiple ppl seen me standing at the counter and did not help whatsoever had to leave and go next door to eat

Basically don't go if you have a mobileOrder because they will try to tell you that you did it wrong and that it didn't charge our card but then magically it appeared after showing proof.

The owner/manager was extremely nice. She came out to talk to us after we ate and asked how the food was and if we had holiday plans. The food came extremely fast. Fries were crispy and fresh. The onion rings in the double western were also crispy and crunchy, which was fantastic. It's rare--usually they're soggy. Even the diet soda tasted flavorful. I was really surprised as I usually get watered down sodas at fast food restaurants.
