They just lost a loyal and regular customer because of the service, the blond girl ( I tried to get her name but nobody give me her name). i don’t know who hired her but she’s horrible at customer service. It was 9:23pm and there was no sign or anything I went to use the restroom and i didn’t made any mess and after me someone else went to the bathroom and she was yelling and being rude to me and she was laughing and dancing when I try talk to the management but they didn’t had any manager. @Chipotle you can look at CCTV Cameras, on 12/23/23 at 9:23pm, please fire her. You @chipotle lost a regular customer

Constantly gets orders wrong. We've ordered through the app and half the time they either mess up items on the order or give us someone else's order. Their customer service is even worse.

It's was half off Halloween Tuesday, so it was obviously busy, but the condiment stand was bare and didn't have any caps for the cups. It was unnecessarily wild and not in a good way.

I ordered through the chipotle app. Food was delivered and the quesadilla plate I ordered was missing THE WHOLE QUESADILLA. Ridiculous. Wait 40 min for the food to be delivered and when it gets here, my whole meal is missing. I don't know how you can send out an order that's missing the whole entree.

This place is a joke. Every time I ordered online or in store, I swear I only get about 10 piece of steak. They're so stingy with all their meats. Sometimes they have my orders wrong. Also, they don't open on time like the hours posted on their window. Had customers wait at 15 minutes past the time they're supposed to open for business. Gave this place a chance over and over again. Will not return ever again. Upper management/owner needs to check this place out and retrain their staff. I'll probably contact corporate or whoever is in charge of this chipotle. I wish I could give zero star.
