Smoothies are amazing. highly recommend the Orange Creamsicle as one of the best things you don't see much elsewhere. Staff is great and very helpful always. Kayla was always especially helpful when it was busy hours and you just wanted to grab something real quick like a water from their fridge or a hydration drink, she would step aside for one moment to get you in and out the door. Great business from a small business owner. Always updating the menu or the cafe in general which makes it a different experience pretty frequently.

My post workout snack/meal after my gym session. I get about 40 grams of protein in the smoothie and about 20 grams in the açaí bowl. Their smoothies comes with a scoop of protein for a regular and double for a large. Açaí bowls does not come with it but you can definitely add them. They even have the macros for their drinks if you ask for it. I have to get the mango smoothie with a splash of OJ at least once a week. My reward after my workout. It's healthy and I don't feel too guilty for having it. They are located in the CalFit on Bond Rd (Elk Grove) or next to it, depending on how you enter. Check them out and support a local business!

No complaints here. I've been going to Calfit for over a year now, and for some reason I haven't gotten around to trying this place. I chose the day when it was 100+ degrees outside to try this place out, and it was definitely the move. The cashier was nice and made the drinks promptly. I will have to say, the lemonade I got was very refreshing and I might need to go back and try the other drinks. Perfect way to end a workout.

I have gotten many shakes here after my workout but the last two times I tried to get a shake 10 mins before they closed within the last week (which I have done very many times) was the same guy I've encountered working these last two times refused to serve me both times saying he had to close in 10 mins and didn't have enough time to make a shake even though he was finishing making someone else one. I really believe he's racist and super rude and was waving his Hand bye saying "bye leave" being rude on purpose when I called him out about refusing services to me both time. I will never support this small business again with their rude racist worker!!
