I walked in and everyone just looked at us awkwardly. Nobody said HI or welcome on, nothing. Then when I ordered my food, the girl taking my order barely even spoke to me. The whole transaction was silent. The attitude was wired. Then when I got my drink, one of the employees ran infromt of me to fill her drink up first so I just stopped on my tracks and waited on her to finish. Did not enjoy my experience and I won't be coming back

When I want something fried I always go here for their fish and shrimp. But don't expect it to be quick because it's cooked fresh

Another day, another random walk into a fried chicken establishment. I was walking past this place again telling my wife that I should check that place out for the 100 time and finally was guilt tripped into checking it out.First thing, this place is definitely more plain looking than some other New Orleans based fast food places but don't let it's looks deceive you, the chicken was actually pretty legit! Of course in my initial order I failed to notice they had a chicken sandwich and settled on one of the plates with a leg wing and some fish.I really didn't have high hopes at first but found the chicken to be well seasoned and tasty and the fish was great with the side of tarter sauce. The breading may have been a bit heavy but great nonetheless. The bread was a decent addition but as the others have noted, would probably have been better as a biscuit. Fries were the only real underwhelming item. Thanks to the staff to servicing this guest who came in at the last minutes before closing!

Chicken was moist and tender, okra/fries were great and slushies were tasty! Definitely recommend this place!

I came all the way down visiting from San Jose. I tried this little shop and was blown away. The environment was friendly and energetic. The customer service was great. They were nice to talk too. The food was tasty, fast, and cooked great. Coming back everytime I am in town.

Food was so-so and it took forever to get my order and I was the only one there.

Gave this place a try to support local businesses. However, the food was really bland and kinda gross. Ordered chicken family pack with mashed potatoes/gravy, red beans and rice( with 6 "rolls"), and dirty fries. Sides -were flavorless and you can taste all or most of it came from a can or pre packaged. The dirty fries- were cold and there wasn't much flavor of any kind. Chicken was recently fried and the coating was crunchy but again, no flavor except for some burnt like taste and spiciness. The rolls they gave us were Hawaiin Rolls straight out of the orange bag. Which is fine, I guess, but when we tasted them they tasted sour (maybe they expired?). Not sure what happened there. For the money you spend this place was not worth it. The employees were nice, the place was clean, and answered my questions so I added a star.

My son and drove here for some Dutch Bro then notice Louisiana FFC was open!! There was no choice but to stop in. We got some delicious spicy chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders and dirty fries.... Soooooo delicious !! The chicken sandwiches and tenders were well seasoned, moist and crispy!!! Very tasty and flavorful, no extra condiments needed (like some other places). I honestly didn't have any problems with the wait time (average 15-20 minutes)....to be honest, with this pandemic and staff shortage issue, I'm so thankful there's still people hard at work and greeting me with a smile (behind the mask , LoL) My food came out fresh with great service. Thank you , we will definitely return!!! We devoured our sandwiches before I was able to take its pictures...but the here's the Tenders and Dirty Fries!!

Legit chicken and fish. Sides are decent. Good hot sauce and special sauce. Chicken sandwich is as good as Popeyes. Went during soft opening, decent service while they are still trying to get the hang of it.

Stopped by to pick up dinner yesterday. There were several people waiting around for food, nobody actually eating. We were lucky to get the last open table to sit at while we waited. I think we waited about 20-25 mins total for our food, but given that they recently opened I understand that they're probably just getting the hang of their processes and luckily our baby didn't mind the wait either. The menu is interesting. It's a fried chicken place, but you can also get a Thai tea or egg rolls. I wanted some kind of plate with sides but it was unclear if I could pick sides with my chicken entree because all the photos had fries with it. It looked like you could only get the side dishes as side orders of small or large. The Dirty Fries sounded good too but they didn't come with meat and I wanted to at least try the chicken on my first visit. The lady suggested that I just order a tender and cut it up to add to my fries..maybe next time, didn't feel like putting that much effort for what was supposed to be a quick takeout meal haha. We brought our food home and we only live a few mins away, but the fries were cold already. I wonder if the fries were all done already and packaged while waiting for the chicken because the chicken was still warm. Overall it was okay, I wish there was just a plate option of my choice of meat and a side or two, because I didn't need the drink or the Hawaiian roll. The chicken had good seasoning by itself but fries were bland; both would've been nice with some kind of dipping sauce. I also tried my husband's fish po boy sandwich. The bread was surprisingly one of the best parts of the sandwich. I'd order this again to try it with shrimp or chicken, although I think it needs a tad bit more sauce. Some kind of spicy ranch would be a nice touch. Overall it was decent, just a step above fast food, but don't expect anything gourmet here either. I think I'll only come back if I need a quick meal nearby or to try those fries.

They cook the fish and shrimp correctly but twice now we have been served undercooked chicken. I can’t recommend or revisit a place that fails the basics.

Pretty solid, but nothing special. A little dry for my liking. I prefer the KKC down the street.

I love me some fried chicken! Yummmm.. I know this place is brand spankin' new and I had to wait just a tab longer than expected but damn! That spicy Crispy sandwich knocked me off my boots, I'm talking finger licking good. Happy ending doesn't just end there, I ordered their Thai tea as well. I took two bites and a gulp, bite, gulp and repeat and I just could not stop until it was gone! People around my circle says Popeyes has the best chicken sandwich, we'll I say Popeyes ain't got nothing on this. This must be the Biggest sandwich I've ever held or my hands are just a tab small. The combo of sweet, crispy and spicy is pretty amazing with that Thai tea. If you're ever in the neighborhood give it a go or not cause I rather not have to wait for my food. After a few minutes I asked the cashier lady up front why my food ain't ready, she said they don't cook the food until your order has been placed and that their chicken comes fresh not frozen. I guess good things comes to those who wait. I'll definitely be coming back. Maybe I'll give it a 1 star so I don't have to wait in line. lol, I might not be the only one thinking of this Cheers...

Called in an order at 550pm on a Tuesday and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived they were clearly very busy and having trouble managing orders. I didn't recieve my order until 645! Nearly an hour later. They said my chicken was done they were just waiting on the mac and cheese which took 20 minutes and was soupy when I got it. I was looking forward to having this place in the neighborhood but I will not be returning after that nightmare visit.

Saw this new chicken place and checked it out today. It took the place of an old soft ice or yogurt place. It had a hand written sign saying it was a soft opening still. I entered and I was the only customer. I saw 3 workers. Two behind the counter and a guy filling sauce containers at a table. The place is small with about 6-7 tables. I didn't see any outdoor seating set up. I had browsed the pictures of the menu before I went to the place. I ordered 4 thighs and the dirty fries. Thanks for Gillian's recommendation about the fries. I took it to go and ate it when I got home. Dang the chicken still burned my mouth after I got home. They really cook it right when you order. The chicken was amazing. I loved the flavor. It had great taste and was so juicy. The dirty fires were really good to. I spent about 20 bucks since I ordered all thighs. It was totally worth it. I am definitely coming to this place again. So when you order your food just expect it to be 20 minutes to get it. Didn't like the wait but it was worth it. Fresh and fabulous.
