Place was so clean. Got to get my burger without a bun and, made it keto.Dietary restrictions: No buns, Xtra lettuce, cheese, pickles, tomato and no ketchup or mustard. Didn't know this was possible. I'm pleased.

Ordered a McDouble and whoever made it decide to ruin it by only putting extra extra extra onions on it. It was unedible and I was unable to return to get it replaced.

Horrible simply horrible. Guy at box had an attitude no manners. Food came out gross. My sons burgers were burned and slopply made. Worst place ever. Management needs to over see this place better. 1 out of 1 star.

Bad customer service! I’ve been to several other McDonald’s the past few years and all had pretty decent customer service but this one was bad. I went in the drive thru line and ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and was told to park in spot #1 for the smoothie. No explanation why. I waited for over 10 mins and a car pulled up next to me and got their order. I had to go inside to check on my order and it turns out the employee gave it to the wrong person. The employee admitted their fault and apologized ,however, when I got my smoothie there was about 1/4 missing and the employee’s response was it’s the machine. Will never go to this store again.

It's not that the food is bad or anything. Okay, it's definitely bad for you, but the taste hasn't really changed over the years (at least in my amateur opinion). It's not the sevice, either. The employees are usually quick about their tasks (given what limited manpower their given on most shifts). What kills this mighty franchise from being the "quick snack for the common person" like it once was are the insane prices. You know it's bad when a meal at Red Robins (yes, the place with the bottomless fries) is on par with, if not slightly cheaper than, the meager portions served at McDonalds. And I'm not even going to go into their joke of an app, where the punchline is that this glichy trash is apparently the ONLY thing that was hit by Y2K.

If I could give this particular franchise negative stars I definitely would. The General managers competency resolving customer complaints is subpar. Let’s not get started on the “managers” who are not properly trained to handle a simple refund. Overall a very poor experience.

Came by today for two cokes and apple pie and a ice cream cone . I paid for my order then pulled to pick up line in. Drive through there was a young chubby lady working who was yelling at the other worker and was very rude to her raising her voice at the poor young lady and she ended up switching with her at the window and when i got my drinks she handed me two diet cokes when i asked if they were regular cokes she said no then she said wait yes so i asked her to switch the drink out for me she stood there not wanting to and raised hr voice at me and rolled her eyes then i was told they have no apple pies and if i wanted the holiday pie and then they said they didnt have any cones for the icecream after 10minutes waiting for my coke replacement in line . It was a horrible experience i really feel bad for the evening workers working with her she was extremly rude .

They frequently get orders wrong. They give orders to the wrong cars, and they are slow. We ordered a quarter pounder, but apparently they were out of the meat and stuck two regular hamburger patties inside the quarter pounder bun. Ridiculous and not right.

Avoid this McDonald's location! The service here is terrible! I waited 30 minutes to receive my order of 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 happy meal. I wasn't the only customer upset and waiting a long time that day and this has happened to me all 3 times I've gone to this location. I've only ordered from this location because it's the closest to me, but I'll for sure be going to another location next time. 30 minutes for FAST FOOD is unacceptable. Management needs to be investigated because clearly they're incapable of managing a restaurant.
