This for some reason has been my go-to for some good fish and chips. I usually do takeout out and whenever I get my food it is always good. Portions are great, hushpuppies are fantastic little small but still good. Overall it's good for me, the atmosphere is okay mainly a small mom-and-pop diner feel. The owner is great and always greets you when you enter.The clam chowder was good thick and not runny.
This place has been here a long time. Food is made fresh and fish portions are generous. Tartar sauce is delightful. We’ve also had the chicken strips, prawns, cheese sticks, and hush puppies. Fries are hit or miss. Sometimes they are overcooked. Definitely noticed prices have gone up.
