I enjoy coming here to do my computer work. The food is pretty good, but mostly I wanted to compliment the people who work here and the service they provide. One person who stands out is named Alexis. She works at the register (at least when I was last here). The thing noticeable about Alexis is her beaming smile. Her spirit just shines as she helps each and every customer. I know others she works with are also outstanding but I definitely want to mention her, because of her exceptional enthusiasm and warmth.

It's not right that it feels like "bait and switch"Most things are a la carte, but some you could combine with special offers. The person helping said it wasn't what I thought. I'm college educated and I can read along with a comprehensive ? brain. That ruined the whole lunch for me.
Products are excellent. Employees are always pleasant and helpful.

As a former employee don’t eat or work here. It’s one of the most unhygienic and worst ranked paneras in northern California. The kitchen staff are overworked and underpaid so don’t count on them changing their gloves throughout a shift. All of the machines for the iced teas and charged lemonades have mold inside of them since they don’t get cleaned daily or properly. Multiple incidents of sexual harassment have happened here and they only fired one of the male employee since they favorited the others. The high turn over rate made us understaffed, undertrained, and overworked for minimum wage. Majority of staff including managers wanted to quit which explains the reviews on thecustomer service here. The management here is unprofessional and love to gossip so save yourself the hassle and work somewhere better!

The food was below mediocre, and mainly, the soup was the worst. We spent close to 40$ for two people to have the soup and sandwiches. We ordered the broccoli cheddar, assuming it would be thick and rich, but unfortunately, it was watered down and bubbly. I didn't want to finish any of my food which was a waste of money entirely. They need someone to oversee the quality of the food for their brand at this specific Panera. It is terrible to see that this is even an issue...
