If you love good Chinese food, this place is it. It even has all you can eat ,Mongolian BBQ ? definitely will have to come try that next time.So after a long Saturday of walking at the flee market and doing yard work around the house getting ready to plant, we worked up an appetite since we haven't eaten all day. Sometimes it's good/great, and sometimes exemplary... Tonight it was the latter and I called them after our delivery to share my thoughts on the perfect level of seasoning, Being a 25yr chef and currently health inspector, I thought it was due given the thankless level of work the crew puts in... From my understanding, given it was my late mom's favorite place in Elk Grove, and her raising us in Galt, it's the same pedigree to Hunan House? The older man which I think is the father was very rude, he came over to the grill and rolled his eyes at me and shook his head in an angry manner, he then cooked my food and preceeded to slide my bowl in an aggressive manner and walked away without saying anything, luckily I was watching and saw he was finished cooking, then he walked back over to the TV and finished watching, I guess I interrupted his program, but he didn't hesitate to take my money for the meal.
