The service was horrendous I will never come here again. If you want terrible customer service with an attitude come here. I ordered hibachi and no one came out to serve me then the hibachi chef had a terrible attitude and got mad because I spilled some sauce. Horrible horrible horrible place. If you're looking for a great Mongolian bbq spot go to the one on Laguna and bighorn near sprouts they are nothing but helpful there and the food is MUCH more fresh.

The older man which I think is the father was very rude, he came over to the grill and rolled his eyes at me and shook his head in an angry manner, he then cooked my food and preceeded to slide my bowl in an aggressive manner and walked away without saying anything, luckily I was watching and saw he was finished cooking, then he walked back over to the TV and finished watching, I guess I interrupted his program, but he didn't hesitate to take my money for the meal.

If you love good Chinese food, this place is it. It even has all you can eat ,Mongolian BBQ ? definitely will have to come try that next time.So after a long Saturday of walking at the flee market and doing yard work around the house getting ready to plant, we worked up an appetite since we haven't eaten all day. And we didn't want to cook even though my cooking was pretty awesome! we decided on Chinese food, and we've been meaning to try this place for some time now but never really got to until Saturday night.The restaurant was busy as could be for 6:30pm on Saturday night but we got seated quickly ordered the family meals for two it came with a lot of food for a good price.The food came out fast, and it was delicious. We couldn't finish it all. We were so full it came with soup, 3 different appetizers, fried rice house special chowmein, and two entries. Every single item was delicious. We had leftovers, and we took the rest of it home. I'm definitely coming back to try the Mongolian.Oh, I almost forgot the service was good it could have been great if we had got our water refilled, but it's OK.

Very rude owner. We will never go back there again.
Sometimes it's good/great, and sometimes exemplary... Tonight it was the latter and I called them after our delivery to share my thoughts on the perfect level of seasoning, Being a 25yr chef and currently health inspector, I thought it was due given the thankless level of work the crew puts in... From my understanding, given it was my late mom's favorite place in Elk Grove, and her raising us in Galt, it's the same pedigree to Hunan House? Not sure on that last front, but love the food.

The owner is very rude. Not welcoming at all. I made my plate when I told him I don't know anything about the sauces he rolled his eyes and didn't say a word. My wife told him the same thing then he said I will be here all day if you want me to put your sauces, there wasn't even a line the place was dead. What a rude guy. Never coming again.
