This restaurant is great. Saw a video where a guy came in to feed the homeless. The owner of the store gave him a discount. If I was local to Elk Grove I would definitely come here.

When Pho Lotus first came to Elk Grove, we visited this place all the time. It was crowded and the food was delicious. Went back to today, after being a few years and my husband and I were shocked at the food. It was for lack of a better word, "gross" the food was not prepared as it normally was and the veggies looked like they had been microwaved. I asked the server what had happened and she told me they had new cook. Sadly, we won't ever returns. Also, the floors were supper sticky and the decor was layered in dust. I should have saw the red flags before we ordered but I was hoping for the best.

We love Pho Lotus! The Beef Pho is always flavorful, hot, and comes with plenty of garnishes. We like to go on Wednesday evenings, when kids eat free! My 9 year old twins each get a bowl of Chicken Pho, which is made with quality chicken breast and plenty of noodles. We ask for a pair of scissors to cut the noodles to make it easier for them to eat. We love their Spring Roll Appetizers, so fresh and yummy! The Thai Tea is great, too. Service is attentive. Pricing is fair. We definitely recommend it!Parking: The parking lot is huge, there are plenty of spots.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. The kid sized bowls are generous and they do a Kids Eat Free promo on Wednesday evenings!

Got Bun Bo Hue, did not taste remotely close to it. Noodles were also old and left out for awhile, broken pieces where most of them were half an inch long.

Food was okay and atmosphere was out of place. Did not feel like an authentic pho restaurant. Food was taken out almost immediately after sitting down with soggy bean sprouts.

Descriptions on menu not clear. The owners were very rude. Never going back again.

Nice place. We ordered the spring rolls and they were not good. Too much iceberg lettuce in them and no mint or basil for flavor. The peanut dipping sauce was good. The combo chow fun noodles we ordered didn't have enough flavor and only came with 3 shrimp. We also had the combo rice noodle plate and that was delicious. Came with 3 grilled shrimp, pork and 2 fried egg rolls. The egg rolls were so good. The marinated pork had a good flavor and so did the shrimp. I'm giving it a 3 star cause half of our food was good and they forgot to put in our order so we were waiting a while for our food. The Thai tea was good but not worth the price.

I was a patron of Pho' when my mom lived in SJ. I had always loved their food. When they first came to Elk Grove I visited it and was as impressed. Today I was not at all pleased with the to go food I ordered. When I got homevone of my order was incorrect. I drove back to get the corrected order of which they were kind to exchange. Unfortunately the charbroiled steak was not. It was not fresh and it tasted freeze dried

was overpriced no good customer service but forced a 10% tip. Ask for wonton soup to go among other soups but didn’t get any wontons in my soup that I paid for. I don’t recommend ordering from here your just going to get cheated and disappointed like we were.
